This Dunkin used to be great, but now the drinks are made incorrectly and do not taste good at all. I’ve also encountered a certain rude employee. She rolled her eyes at me one time when I kindly asked for a pup cup and told me they don’t make them. Today, after 2:30 PM, I asked if my drink could be remade, and she said she couldn’t. It tasted like bitter water and was watered down. I won’t be going to this Dunkin ever again, or to any Dunkin, as I always have bad experiences there.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was very disappointed with my experience. The employee I interacted with was unprofessional and unwilling to complete their job. My order was prepared incorrectly, and when I asked for it to be corrected, the request was declined. Due to this, I will be taking my business to Starbucks where they actually enjoy their job and creating amazing drinks every time.

Dunkin employee that took gave me my order was rude. My cookie butter shaken espresso was all watery, not foamy, and iced had melted. Went back to tell them my drink didn’t taste so good and if I would replace it with another drink. Worker said “they weren’t able to make another drink” and all they could do is “add sugar” . Not very good with customer service :/

If I could give them 0 stars I would - I’m not one to complain but every time I go there’s an issue. Employees are so rude, unprofessional and not polite - not sure why people get jobs they don’t like … they made my drink wrong and when I asked for it to be remade she didn’t want to but finally said “I guess” she also charged me for the wrong size and drink. How difficult is it to prep a cold brew and hand it out ?

I stood alone inside, waiting to place my order for a coffee roll for about 20 minutes, with an associate coming past every minute or two. Nobody stopped to take my order even though several definitely saw me (all associates were entirely focused on drive-thru orders), nor did they point out that there was a kiosk off to the side to place an order.
Finally, an associate came by and pointed out the kiosk, so I placed my order. Behind the counter and off to the side I could see the screen displaying orders. I watched the screen (since I had nothing else to do) and noted that after seven orders mine finally appeared (apparently my order just rolled into line with the drive thru orders – I don’t know why I even came inside). It finally rolled to the top, then disappeared – but not brought to me.
Since there was nobody at the counter I had to wait for someone to come by so that I could ask ‘what happened to my order’. When somebody finally came around, I asked and they took a minute looking around. My order had been placed in the Door Dash pickup stand. The associate said “there it is” and went back to handling drive thru customers.
Thirty five minutes to get a coffee roll, complete disregard for me as a customer, and nonchalance when they discovered my missing order.
On a high note, the coffee roll itself was great.
I am a fan of Dunkin’ but I don’t see myself patronizing this location again, probably going to the other one even though it is four miles farther away.

Kadie or Katy in drive thru was extremely rude while taking my order. Mean short and snappy, I get that morning shift may be high stress but that’s no excuse to take it out on me. When I asked for her name in order to make this review she then completely ghosted me in the line. I just simply wanted to place an order

Tried to order a bacon egg cheeese bagel sub the maple bacon in drive thru. The women taking orders at 6:20am on 11/15/25 was very rude to me. She told me there’s no way my order could be completed even though I’ve had it from this same store. She proceeeds to try and make me feel dumb for asking why it can’t be accomplished and rushed me out of the drive thru line. I parked downloaded the app and was able to order my sandwich with the maple bacon in literally 3 mins. Sad to see terrible customer service like this but I won’t be back.

I was charged for an uber eats order that I never received because they didnt have the items I requested. Never in my life has that happened to me. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

This location needs to staff up! Who over owns and operates this location you are leaving a lot of money on the table! 30 minutes to get a simple order made on a Friday morning isn’t going to cut it. It’s a common theme every morning.
Overall the service is good and I commend the people working dealing with the huge lines of impatient people doing their absolute best. It doesn’t have to be like this though.

This location is always out of something! Coffee milk, food, even told me they couldn’t do a latte one day. When I do get a coffee the way that I want it, it almost tastes watered down. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I wish they would do better!
I went to the Dunkin Donuts in Grand Prairie on Pioneer pkwy to get the halloween buckets for my grand babies because they seen them and asked me to get them one. I go inside Dunkin donuts and ask to buy 3, and the young girl tells me I have to purchase the buckets with the donut holes for 18.99, because her manager said they can't sell them empty, which is B.S. When it shows online you can purchase them with or without the donuts for $3-5 each. That's the only Dunkin donuts around me, after my little grand babies are 7, 3, and 1 year old, and they have been waiting for like 2 weeks after they saw them online when we were looking for halloween buckets, something new besides McDonald's halloween buckets. Now I have to tell them I couldn't get them because some rude manager and some 12 year old kid behind the counter says that I can't buy them empty. Y'all need to look online where it says you can buy them with or without donut holes, Y'all are gonna make a lot of people mad and lose customers and change it online on Dunkin donuts and tell everyone they have to purchase them with donuts, not for no $18.99. That's ok because Burger King on Belt Line in grand Prairie sold me their halloween buckets empty for only $2 each with no purchase required and the b.k halloween crowns for my 3 grand babies. The only time I decided to go to Dunkin donuts to get something and they disappoint big time. Like anyone can really afford 18.99 for a bucket of donuts? Really? This is online like 30 minutes ago. Shame on Dunkin Donuts.
