By far the worst Dunkin, got my order wrong in the drive thru, went in to get it fixed. They fixed one mistake by messing up other drink in the order, not even worth arguing, just go someplace else.

I'm in this very bad place, they have a black-haired girl who charged me for a chocolate and left, never came back, I had to complain that because they had me waiting, I spent half an hour waiting for the chocolate, she ignored me.

Every time I come here they can’t hear me, I have to repeat my order more than 3x just so they can still mess it up. Make sure you taste your food, and coffee, and do a temperature check. For some reason when I get a hot sandwich it’s always cold. The donuts are always stale. New management is needed for sure because if you have a good manager you’re more than likely to have good staff. New staff please. This place sucks.

I’m confused to how a medium coffee can fit in a cup (see picture) the taste was a 1/10. The taste was the taste of barbecue. Very odd this location. Won’t be returning, it’s a rip off.

I ordered a specific iced vanilla coffee and they gave me this. They poured it into a cup with ice. I can tell because I’ve tried the bottle kind and it’s disgusting. Lazy workers. Don’t recommend this place. Go somewhere else

Emily was super helpful. We originally went to the Dunkin on Collins and I-20 they screwed up our entire two drinks and remade one twice and still ruined it. Emily was professional and courteous and fixed those drinks for us and made them beautifully! Thank you so much Emily my wife was a disaster now she’s happy princess passenger !

We visited this Dunkin' Donuts while shopping nearby, but it was disappointing. The hashbrowns were burnt and hard, and the donuts didn’t meet expectations. We’ll stick with our local donut shop moving forward.

i was hired at this location, the manager was nice at first…i told her about a problem i had with my physical ID card and she said it was fine, i started my first week there one of the girls were super nice and showed me everything. other than that i had absolutely no training and i had to teach myself, 3 weeks later i got taken off the schedule because “i have no physical ID”. the manager said she will be “contacting the office to see if i can continue to work” she does not respond to a text message..and she is holding my money so i have not gotten paid once…it has been 4 weeks.

The worst place to get your coffee and donut at this location.My second time and third time disappointed, given the opportunity try with them again but never will I get my coffee or donut there again . Drive thru was very long waiting at 10 am not busy time. My order about $20 for two people but don't have change for $50 bills, point out not $100 which I understand. Then ran out of donuts.

The food was good and the cashiers were AMAZING really sweet and made sure everything was good. The only problem I did have was with the manager/supervisor that was there today. She’s short and wears glasses I didn’t get her name. I received my donuts and drink and was waiting on my croissant . I spent maybe 20-30 minutes waiting by that time I threw away my receipt since I did received 2 out of the 3 items. I went up to the cashier and asked about my sandwich then the manager comes up and asks for the receipt when I said oh I threw it away she made a disgusting face and proceeds to say “how am I supposed to know that she paid for the sandwich Now I have to go check the cameras.” I feel like she could of reacted a little differently and only 3 other people had ordered after me so it shouldn’t have been difficult to check the transactions considering I knew how much I spent and what was on the receipt .
