“Iis” on my receipt that I had to walk back in the store for.. was very disrespectful when I was nothing but polite. She threw the change so far away from my hand that it fell on the ground and I said i think you just threw that at me? And she looked at me and said “oh” and shut the door in my face. Horrible drive thru experience, guy working the window was either high or a slow adult. I guess it's hard to find good help. EDIT: I have visited this location since my last rating, usually in the early morning, and the ladies that work there are polite and friendly. I love Dunkin' breakfast and coffee so I'm happy I have a place to go on my way to work to get my Dunkin' fix.

The location is VERY clean. That’s why I come here. But today’s review is not about cleanliness. It’s about courtesy. I already knew the wall was damaged from a previous visit. So you can’t shut the men’s bathroom door all the way or it will be hard to open. This has been damaged for almost 2 months. If not longer. Again. Not the focus. I came in on 7/12/25 just for a quick RR break. ACCESS DENIED. because the employee was “cleaning”
I did politely ask. If I could just go real fast. In and out. ACCESS DENIED. (I really had to pee too. Type 2 diabetic)

Horrible drive thru experience. Mobile order consisted of half a dozen and 3/6 donuts weren't the ones I requested. Boyfriend's drink was 50% whip and tasted disgusting. Lady at the window with the glasses didn't say a word the entire time. Don't get Dunkin' very often but this doesn't exactly make me want to increase the frequency. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money.

Definitely not a good start of the morning. They are overheating the food. Someone needs to tell them to follow instructions properly.
This is my favorite dunkin location! Their coffee is on par more often than not the donuts and food are fresh and the customer service here is always amazing ! Emily and Diana are always so kind and helpful and in my opinion make some of the best coffees (I could be bias but they need a raise lol) I always order on the app so sometimes they don't have what I ordered (my blueberry donut) but I am always accommodated at this location with no issue unlike some other locations oh and they do give pup cups if anyone was wondering!

This is my 2nd time visiting at the same time. The girl working around 5:45 PM is extremely rude to say the least and this is the second time shes given me poor service. The first time i gave her the benefit of the doubt but the second time? no. She practically shoved my drink in my face.

First time coming to this location! I ordered me 2 medium iced matcha’s with soft top. And I received it all watered down. The cold foam wasnt foamy. Then I got 2 kolaches that were REALLY BURNT !! & hash browns that were also burnt!! Never coming to this location again… very disappointed with my order. $25 to the 🚮

3/28 afternoon shift was the worst. Stood in front of counter for 2 min. One of your associates was rearranging donuts, and the other was looking at her. No one was at drive thru and no one in line. I was there for a pick up order.
