First time visit. The drive thru woman was kind and helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and competitively priced. A very enjoyable experience! I got avocado toast, they were VERY generous with the avocado!!! Yum!

I ordered a half dozen donuts which cost $12 after taxes. The donuts were stale and were not what I ordered. The only edible donut was the jelly donut, because the jelly kept it slightly moist, but it was left over from Valentine's Day.

At first I thought the place was closed it was so dark. No outside lights or menu drive thru lights. It was open. I bought 3 donuts, all of them were hard as a rock. Worse donuts I've ever had. Will not be going back.

They messed up my order twice. I made a mobile order for 2 drinks, 6 donut holes and hash browns. The first time they gave me my drinks and that’s it. Then I said “I ordered food as well”. Then they told us to park up front and they’ll give us the food. The girl brought our hash browns ONLY and that too with bacon when I specified NO BACON. I went back AGAIN, telling her “ I asked for no bacon and I’m missing my donut holes”. She went back again. The third time she comes back saying “there’s no donut holes, but we can refund you”. I said “refund me for $2?? And that too I have to wait few business days…” so I asked to just give me plain hash browns in replacement instead. And she kept arguing with me that the refund is better, because hash browns won’t equal the amount. I said “I’m not waiting a few business days for $2, that’s absurd… I rather just get exchange for hash browns (I’ll lose like .93 cents and I’m okay with that). She kept going back and forth for $2!!! Omg. I finally told her just give me the hash browns. Absolute trash service and management needs to train their workers better. Why do I have to go back 3 times to correct my order. UNACCEPTABLE.

My wife had a drive-thru order today. The Dunkin employee had made an error three times in a row, first time giving me half of what we ordered, and second time giving me loaded hash browns with bacon when we clearly put in the order no bacon, and then third time after not getting the remainder of our order consisting of donut holes, I had to go to the store and then be told there weren't any donut holes at all. Not only was the service unacceptable, there was no apologetic behavior from the employee, but rather attitude was shown to my wife. This was unacceptable service and behavior, and I hope management takes a look into this in order to prevent something like this from occurring again.

One of the older ladies who works there is rude and she always tries to tell me that they don’t sell certain items when it clearly shows on the app and on that location. Please try to be a little nicer it’s not that hard
