Me and another lady were in line at 9:50pm before closing time at 10pm. They had seen me at the window and refused to take my order they didn’t even open the window to tell me they where closing I knocked and knocked and they just laughed in my face I submit a report online because i felt humiliation during that time of them just laughing and turning the light off on me and another lady. It was so rude of them they where 3 women on 08/24/25 I was there for 20 minutes and left at 10:10pm

So my sister in law got me started on Dutch Bros. I was not a fan at first, I think because of the drink of choice i had ordered. Then when i moved and started finding what works and what was good. That was not heavy to drink. I get the same thing everyday. Split it with someone else morning and afternoon. Absolutely love coming to this location. They know me! They know my dog, love on him when they can. It's absolutely great! Customer service is great, they have helped me and fixed things that i did and even gave me free drink when they didn't have too. Coffee is my vice and here it's smooth and rich and creamy.. Delicious is what it is! Thank you for always doing the best and making sure everyone is taken care of!
