Einstein Bros. Bagels

Sadly they cannot or will not hire enough workers. 2 people on a busy friday morning is laughable ! I feel bad for them. Not their fault it’s the franchise owner. Will not be going back to this location.

I've been to other Einsteins but this one is very different. All employees working were unsocial. Food was not good. Do better!

I showed up at this location at 1:38 and the door said they closed at two so I was gonna just grab me a bagel real quick. They already had all the lights turned off and look very disappointed that I walked through those doors. I told the young lady I was just wanting a jalapeño cheese, brisket bagel. I was told that they were out of what I was asking for. Typically not a big issue when it’s this close to closing time. But at this specific location, the last three times I have been they do not have it. Keeping in mind that I go at about 11 AM prior to this visit. Very disappointing.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for some time and wanted to let it settle before trying. I was not disappointed. I ordered online by the time I arrived it was ready. Staff was nice soon as I came in they greeted me and handed me my order as I told them my name. The place was clean. The service was as expected honestly no complaints. I ordered the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich which is 510 calories I only ate half since I’m currently in a calorie deficit and I also ordered a Twice-Baked Hash Brown 170 calories . You can tell the food was made with fresh ingredients. The food was very satisfying and the hash brown was nice and fluffy. I can definitely see myself enjoying this place often.

Out of all the locations this is by far the worst. No one looks like they want to work here and you’re never greeted when you walk in. They are ALWAYS out of at least 3-4 bagels and no one in the kitchen wears a hairnet. This is clearly a leadership issue. 5 stars for the food, 1 star for customer service

My boyfriend was excited to try these sad to say we got there walked in and we had 2 workers turn around look at us (in an ugly way) and they just laughed and turned back around. Didn’t bother to greet us or ask us if we were ready to order. I think they honestly just didn’t want to work and take the order! We walked out right away. Never coming to this location again.

The manager Robin is great at customer service. I may not come in for weeks and she will remember my name and order without me having to say anything. You can’t beat that kind of service. Bagels are fresh every time.

Sad to say I'm disappointed.. I've waited a long time to eat from here I love bagels. I ordered via Uber eats, there was a missing item; I ordered the all nighter and the bacon was so stringy and chewy I prefer some crisp on my bacon and the bagel was pretty hard..
