I’ve been wanting to try this place for some time and wanted to let it settle before trying. I was not disappointed. I ordered online by the time I arrived it was ready. Staff was nice soon as I came in they greeted me and handed me my order as I told them my name. The place was clean. The service was as expected honestly no complaints. I ordered the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich which is 510 calories I only ate half since I’m currently in a calorie deficit and I also ordered...

Out of all the locations this is by far the worst. No one looks like they want to work here and you’re never greeted when you walk in. They are ALWAYS out of at least 3-4 bagels and no one in the kitchen wears a hairnet. This is clearly a leadership issue. 5 stars for the food, 1 star for customer service

The manager Robin is great at customer service. I may not come in for weeks and she will remember my name and order without me having to say anything. You can’t beat that kind of service. Bagels are fresh every time.
