Thank you for creating a safe and welcoming establishment with wonderful staff and even better food. I used to deal with depression and the Dirty Bird Fries quickly became one of my comfort foods. Anytime I was having a depressive episode I had to head to FireHouse Gastro Park to grab medication of Dirty Bird Fries. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

My husband and I work remote and wanted to checkout a different coffee shop than what we are used to, so we drove to Grand Prairie to check this one out. The atmosphere was laid back, eclectic, and calm. The owner came over to talk with us and check in a couple times, which we felt was caring and considerate. Lunch time was busy and we tried the Cali Chicken Sandwich - yum!

This place has a great atmosphere and is calming to enter. The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered the cheese burger with impossible meat, veggies, and fries. There is no wait staff. So, everything is pretty much self-service. From getting your own drinks to picking up your own food from the counter when called or a text message, you wait your own table. I'm not used to waiting on my own table drink and bringing my own food to the table. The cashier was friendly...
