Don't get the meatball sub it's the worst I've ever had, literally inedible. When I called to talk to them about it they hung up on me. I like most of the other subs I've had there but this experience has ruined it for me. Will never eat Firehouse again.

Went to get lunch here and they couldn't brake change for 100. So I couldn't even get my food ordered. You should really put a sign up that you can't brake change.

I don’t come here very often but when I do, I love my experience every time. The employees are so kind, attentive, and very helpful. It was my mom’s birthday and she wasn’t sure what to order so the employees tried to help her choose a sub that she would like based on her preferences. She ended up ordering a make-your-own turkey sub, which was very delicious. The employees made my mom feel special and I couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received :-)
By the time I picked up and arrived to my destitation (5minutes) my sandwich was very soggy. 2 bited into my sub I found a thick black hair.

Really rude service we came in 45 minutes before closing I understand it's better to come in earlier but the employees were really rude to us since we walked in and kept talking about how they hate when people come in and they were laughing at other customers who were looking at the menu there was no need to be rude and the guy yelled at us to get our food definitely not comming back to this location
