The tacos are horrible, nothing like how they made them before, the tortillas are very stiff, the meat feels like it was prepared from days gone by, the service also leaves a lot to be desired, they treat you as if the food is being given to you for free.

The food is delicious but cold. Terrible service! I ordered special tacos that come with meat, cheese, and avocado. The cashier told me that they didn't have avocado for my tacos but they did add avocado to my daughter's potato. When I went to complain, the cashier rudely told me that they didn't have avocado, right? I don't know it, only for my tacos there was no avocado.

I have been calling to order ahead but they didn't pick up. The app didn't let me either "at this time".Then, I go there, and the cashier is hanging up the calls while she's using her cell phone, dealing with some personal stuff. I know that because I was waiting on her to take my order for 4 minutes, until she finally ends her call, and ask for my order, without a smile or an apology.Como es posible que si les pides una orden de chips&salsa , te digan que no hay.Les dices que pongan unas tortillas cortadas en la freidora y te dicen que 5tampoco. Y les pides una orden de tostadas, y ? tampoco las pueden vender.Totalmente desilusionado.

I walked in to just get some last minute tacos and immediately got judged by the two ladies working that shift. felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable, the overpriced tacos weren’t filled as much. seems like shes not happy working there might as well just fire her.

The lady at the front was giving us some attitude and looked like she was playing around instead of doing her job. We barely received any meat on our tacos and had barely any sauce in our to go cups. Will be taking my business to the fitos in Irving.
