i’ve been ordering from this golden chick since they opened up a few years back. As of recently (past 1 year) The staff have just been extremely sloppy and disorganized. Today I came in at 3:57 I went through the drive-through and the lady responds and tells me that they are in the middle of a shift change and I was like OK. How long do I need to wait and she responded with I don’t know so I was like do I need to come inside. She was like yes although that was irritating. I come inside And the black manager tells me to wait again. I have also worked in the service industry. I have never seen A shift changed disrupting the flow of taking orders. Finally, a little white boy takes my order. Interestingly, enough, someone else posted the drive-through gets the order taken and gets there food before I did, and I was there first, and after being told that I couldn’t go through the drive-through. I wait for another 10 minutes To get my order by the time I get home and open my food. I noticed there’s no fries and no sauce. That’s half the meal gone already. So I drive back. I make it there by 4:53 and the man with the Viking beard gives me my refund. I will never be coming back here every time. It’s something new and the staff sucks. Maybe if the black manager would stop flirting with the young girls And training them instead they wouldn’t have to stop taking orders because of a “shift change” There’s honestly so much more that I could put In this review, but it’s just not worth it. I hope y’all get your act together.

Next time you put my tenders in a back stand alone next to my stand alone roll and container instead of spending money on proper containers and boxes, I'm going to throw it back in the window. And get some kid cup lids that fit. Stop being cheap. Inventory Guy and Owner on this location needs to get it together.

IM CURRENTLY IN THE DRIVE THRU, 4TH OUT OF SIX VEHICLES SO I CAN'T LEAVE THE LINE. WEVE BEEN IN THE SAME SPOT FOR 23 MINUTES AND COUNTING. SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAUTIOUS WHEN THE MAN TAKING THE ORDER HAD AN APPARENT ATTITUDE. ITS NOW 8:22 PM SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 22ND SO HOPEFULLY WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THESE REVIEWS CAN PINPOINT THE INDIVIDUALS WORKING RIGHT NOW. 26 MINUTES AND COUNTING AND WE'RE STILL NOT MOVING.
Have always loved golden chick, food is usually pretty good. I wouldn’t say customer service is bad. This physical location just isn’t one of its best, they stop making corn nuggets after 8pm, which I don’t think is a nationwide thing? The intercom needs to be fixed, since it takes multiple times repeating to still come out with something being charged wrong and fixed at the window. Prices really sky rocketed for business to not be able to keep up their locations in top shape. I hate to see such a good place with bad reviews, but hopefully this will get some work done at this location.

Pulled up to the drive through at 9:53. No answer at the speaker. Drove to the window 9:55 register was out of the drawer and empty. The guys look and walked off and the turned off the lights. Very rude. I guess im not worth a we are closed. 10:02 the guy is gone. Lol I don't recommend this golden chick.
