Have always loved golden chick, food is usually pretty good. I wouldn’t say customer service is bad. This physical location just isn’t one of its best, they stop making corn nuggets after 8pm, which I don’t think is a nationwide thing? The intercom needs to be fixed, since it takes multiple times repeating to still come out with something being charged wrong and fixed at the window. I placed a OLO for pickup in 45 minutes. I first pull up at the drive-thru and am told I need to come inside to get my order which I thought was frustrating.
I walk in at the scheduled pickup time and my order is sitting behind the counter so I already knew my chicken tenders were going to be cold which they were.
My order was correct but I’m not happy that the store received my order at 11:44 for a noon pickup.

I visit this place about once a week since it's close to my house, but that probably will change.. Last week, I ordered my usual and I ordered some honey mustard and the guy said that would be extra and I didn't mind that at all, but when I got home, the sauce wasn't there..
