Terrible service, the ladies don't open until they feel like it, the time says 10:00am and they leave you waiting outside for 5 or 10 minutes but the person who delivers is super clownish, has a bad attitude...! Terrible service from the people who work there.
Staff is rude and lazy. Ordered online. They wouldn't allow me to pick up in the drive through. Made me go inside to pick up and then stared and laughed at me. Food is good but staff is rude!

This is my first horrible experience with Golden Chick. My son and myself love Golden chick. I just left this Golden Chick off of Beltline rd and 30. I ordered a three piece combo and my son a nine piece wicked wing combo. The tenders were so hard I could barely chew them. It hurt my mouth to chew them they were so hard. I'm assuming they were over cooked or reheated. I called the store immediately. I'm not a person that wants anything for free. I wanted the store to correct the problem so no one else would experience the same thing. I spoke with a young lady that gave an apology of no concern. Her exact words I'm sorry I will check that out and end of conversation. She didn't even offer to replace or fix my problem. The lack of concern was it for me. I will not be returning to this location. Horrible food and customer service. The other Golden Chick's would never.
