Customer service wasn’t good.
I’ve always had the best drinks from here. Today i tried mango milk slush and it was delicious

Absolutely ridiculous experience. The place was clearly open lights on, door unlocked and the guy inside looked right at me and then turned off the menu screens like I didn’t exist. This happened at 9:15 PM, when their sign clearly says they’re open until 11 PM. Don’t waste your time coming here if they’re just going to close whenever they feel like it and ignore customers. Super unprofessional.
I have no clue how it has a 4.3 rating but there are SO MANY boba places next to them SO RUN WHEN YOU SEE THEM . Worst $9 of my life. The taro milk tea tasted so watered down and FAKE. Like one of those box sets you could buy from Walmart and just add water.
Their taro boba tea is very delicious. Will buy again 👍🏼
I been here so many times and they always get my order wrong as much as I’m clear with it .

Ordered a CREME BRULEE BROWN SUGAR MILK TEA. Saw them make it. They just put the cream top and not the crème brûlée part where they put the sugar and burn it. I mentioned it, the guy was super rude and said we don’t do crème brûlée. I avoid this location because this guy has been rude before too. There’s other more friendlier gong cha locations.

Went and got a drink. One of the female employees was rude to me.
Says they close at 11p, I always forget until I’m craving boba late at night. Showed up at 10:38p, door was locked and the 2 guys standing doing nothing behind the counter shook their head at me and my friend. Just change your closing time to 10 or 10:30 if you don’t want people coming late.
BEST place for boba! Taro with almond milk is my go to. Love yall forever!
My fiance and I biked here and ate dinner and on our way back, I found out that my bike had a hole... So, my fiance ubered back home around 1020 pm... so now, it's 15 mins before closing and probably about 5 people went in and I decided to also go in to order, but right when I got inside, the girl working said "we're closed". -.- very disappointed.... and I'm waiting outside in the cold (now 10:52 pm).
