Halfway eating the cake and we noticed hair literally IN THE CAKE, we had to dig it out… and it was hard to dig it out too, we went to them for a refund, the manger WORD BY WORD said “we aren’t required to wear hairnets” after asking why they aren’t. and she continued by saying “things happen”… not only that, but when I was looking into the kitchen I see another worker with hair down and just gloves making cookies, after putting cookies in the oven she still had her gloves on and picked up the phone with it, after putting the phone down she continued to make cookies with the same gloves.. touching the dough and everything. she also had her hoodie on the SAME TABLE SHE WAS MAKING THE COOKIES RIGHT NEAR THE PAN, DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING SO NASTY ?

This place is a joke. I ordered a cookie cake, when I arrivedto pick it up they couldn't find the order. I showed themthe order confirmation receipt and it's only then that theysaid they can make it but it would be ready in an hour. Itold the manager "Peggy" that wasn't going to work and Iwould like my money back instead. Peggy said I wouldhave to wait until tomorrow so that they could processthe refund. Throughout this entire conversation Peggylaughed and giggled, nothing about this situation is funny.I drove all the way from Irving to pick up a cookie cakeonly to leave empty handed, without my money and extremely upset.When I asked for corporate's number Peggy said she did not know it.

I went to your Grand Prarie, Tx location, on the afternoon of May 29, 2022. I purchased the chocolate chip cookie pizza. When we got it home, it was hard as a rock and threw it out.
Saved by the cookie cake! Great cake beautifully decorated just like I asked! I was able to pick it up and take the cake out of town with me, I must say it he'd up great as well was still fresh!!!! Service was awesome! Thank you.
