The lady who is taking orders over the phone today needs to improve her customer service. The food here is very delicious but because of their attitude and aggressiveness, it doesn't make you want to return. If you made a mistake in taking the correct order, that's your problem. The least you can do is apologize and correct your mistake. More so when it was verified on the receipt and she was still very rude. Thanks to the cook who offered to change the order, since he looked at the lady's behavior. A grown lady with yellow hair. Pure allegation on your part. We live 20 minutes away, so we get to the house and back over the 30 minute policy they say they have. If you don't like your job, it's better to go find another lady who is even more sanguine.

Guanataco was pretty good but, it was not anything spectacular from the food to the agua de limon. Almost everything lacked just a little umph to take it to the next level. The queso was the absolute best thing we had. The tacos look small but they put so much meat you could make 2 from 1. The menu was a bit overwhelming, not sure if it was the colors, the variety or just me. It’s a really cool atmosphere and vibe, the service was quick, and all the food was fresh.

Best bang for your buck, and the BEST steak alambre i have ever had, and I'm constantly trying to find places that make a good steak alambre!
The steak alambre is a whole plate, piled high with steak, bacon, cheese, peppers and onions, I'm a big guy and always leave feeling stuffed!
There salsa bar is AMAZING, Best salsa bar and best salsas I've found at ANY taco spot! The chimichuri and the pineapple habenero pico are my favorites. There salsas aren't for the faint of heart, i would consider even the mildest one to be pretty hot, just FYI, but despite them being hot, you won't be able to stop eating them lol
Keep it up Guanataco, one of the best taco spots in DFW and my go to when I'm in grand praire.

They are too busy to be friendly. They charged me for a tip, on a take out order, and told me what I needed to do to get it reversed??? No...YOU give me my money back that I didn't authorize you to take. They used to be really good, but like everything else, these days, the service no longer matches the price.
