Had a guy consistently sitting at the bar using a vape. When I spoke with the manager, Max, she acknowledged it shouldn’t happen but acted like it was not a big deal. I’m glad to know what expectations are for this location. I guess Twin Peaks will keep my business. Thanks Max!!!

This location is easy to navigate to and is easy to leave. It's right next to the outlet mall and I-20/360 highway. Big venue and tons of tables.
Kid-friendliness: This location is very kid-friendly with a lot of space and some kid games/activities.
I went to get a take out order and had to go to the bar. The bartender when she did acknowledge me told me she will be right with me. I waited 15 minutes and watched her check out a customer. Pick up empty glasses. Talk to the customers at the bar. She walked near me 3 times but never came over. I finally left due to feeling she did not want my present or business.

Never disappoints when I go there. Everything was good, from the drinks to the wings and service.
If there was an option for 0 stars I would CERTAINLY have chosen that. Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!! Got my order wrong, when attempted to “fix” it, ended up putting the wrong sauce on my wings. We’re going to remake my order, BUT then all other food got cold waiting for them to fix a simple mistake that shouldn’t have been a mistake in the first place. I’ve came to this hooters soooo many times and it never fails. My orders always end up getting messed up. I kept giving them chances, & this is my final straw. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!

The food was horrible with the exception of the wings. Service was ridiculously slow from the kitchen and bar. No compensation or attempt to make it right was offered. I would suggest you dine somewhere else. The menu is too basic to not get it right.
It rocks as a Hooters. Food is really good. Get the boneless kr naked wings

Ally (Alyssa) is a phenomenal waitress. I have been in several times by myself as well with groups up to 24 and she is always attentive and on top of things. We never run out of drinks, our food is always right, and she does it all with a smile and grace. I and our car club keep coming back because Ally is a complete delight. One of the best waitresses we have anywhere. As long as she is there, that location will have my business. Again, phenomenal waitress.
