I’m not sure what kind of training Lauren is conducting but it needs to be reviewed and improved. I’m staying at the hotel next door and I’ve walked out twice due to waiting 10 minutes with no server coming to my table (only 8 tables in use). You got servers being the host and the server, saying “I’ll be right back” then take forever to show up. Managers not even on the floor acting “so busy” in a half empty restaurant. I mean…Waffle house would never. You would think with these $6 dollar deals the service would be up to par to increase the tip amount. Do better!

Food cold and didn't taste good. Unable to pay using credit card due to their credit card machine failing to process anyone's card and Mngr unable to repair. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant food.

Today, I went to IHOP on Hwy 360 in Arlington. We were told the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes and gave my phone number for a call when our table was ready. Thirty minutes passed—no call. When we went back inside, we saw that everyone who arrived before and after us had already been seated. They recognized us immediately and sat us, which I was willing to overlook—until we sat there for another 20 to 25 minutes without anyone taking our drink order or even acknowledging us.
When I finally spoke up, the waitress said she’d be right over, only to turn around and take the order of a table that had just been seated. Another waitress noticed my frustration and stepped in to help right away.
One thing about me—I observe my surroundings. After watching how things were handled here, I can confidently say I won’t be returning to this location. The manager blamed the poor service on being short-staffed. Sir, if you had enough staff to serve others who arrived after me, then the issue isn’t staffing—it’s customer service and communication. Do better.

I stop by for breakfast, terrible, I left there with a stomach ache, cold egg, raw potatoes and the coffee was pure water, the steak 🥩 tasteless I lost $43 here, don't stop by here.

Don't come at dinner time and expect to be served fresh breakfast food. I ordered the pancake combo with coffee. To start, the coffee was barely lukewarm. Then my food arrives and the bacon was barely cooked and cold, and the hashbrowns were so cold and hard that I couldn't even chew one bite. Even the pancakes were cold. The only thing that had been freshly made were the eggs. Everything else was obviously leftover from earlier in the day and barely reheated in the microwave. The waitress was nice enough and took my meal off of the check. The manager didn't come say anything until we were paying at the register on the way out, and she only said sorry you didn't like your food. I told her I didn't feel safe eating it, especially the raw cold bacon. We visit this location fairly often and this is the second time in a row with this issue. Might be awhile before we return.

They should pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, from chairs full of grease to unkempt bathrooms, our waitress served us well, but it took a long time, the food is good!!

Came in on a very slow Thursday and the waitress seems to care more about being on her phone then to serve us customers that come in and want to enjoy a meal with our families . food wise it was OK but the burger was very mid. Only recommend if you don’t mind waiting along time for your food.

I decided to give ihop a chance after years of not going and hearing terrible reviews about the new “improvised” customer service. All I can say is that I am disappointed.. please be more attentive of your customers. They are what keeps your doors open.

Bad service, they don't take good care of you and they take a long time with the food and the waitress doesn't take good care of you with the drinks. The food was cold but the coffee was good.

We went into IHOP after the Cowboys game and got seated. We waited about 10 minutes and no one came to take our drink order or say that they will be with us in a moment. Another couple came in and got seated and got helped right away. This place wasn’t even busy. It was unacceptable. So we left.
