I hate how me and my nephew were treated. I don’t know what the issue was but from the moment we sat down to the time I received my check we weren’t treated well. As soon as we sat down we we were ignored while the tables around us were served quickly, it wasn’t until I walked to the host to ask for a waiter that they got our orders. Then an angry waitress oozed bad attitude shows up. We wait for our food and barely get our drinks. Meanwhile the other tables around us get a manager and a nice waitress for them -_- it felt like I was judged or prejudiced for no reason. Then we barely got refills on our water. We’ve been coming here for years and today is honestly the worst day ever. The manager on duty (I’m assuming because he wore a button up purple shirt and was being attentive) clearly saw how we were treated. Today was a bad day. Shame on the workers, I’ve never felt disrespected as this much

Every time I come to this location I have issues with these people. They need to hire more people or something because there’s no reason why there should be a line at the door and nobody is attending them. They literally don’t keep us updated on anything. Just walk past us like we are not standing right there. And it’s irritating and rude. No “hi I’ll be with you and a moment” or anything. I work in service as well and it’s so unprofessional. Don’t know if I’ll ever come back.

I was part of a party of 7, dined in for lunch on a Saturday. We were quickly seated and just as easily forgotten. It was not a busy day, as the employees had plenty of time to stand around and talk, however, no one ever came to our table. We waited a about 15 minutes before I asked one of them if there was a server in our section, they seemed to have no urgency to want to help us.
After another 5-10 minutes or so, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Again, not one seemed to care the least. I will definitely never be returning to this location.
