First time eating at the cafeteria and I was surprised by the quality of the food and enjoyed the swedish meatballs. The staff at IKEA are always friendly and eager to answer any questions.

Better off with chicken tenders and fries. Everything else, including the deserts, is just bland. Mash potatoes and a variety of meatballs reminded me of bad microwave food. The positive side is that it's a good detox for both me and my partner. Price total $29

I like IKEA's cafeteria — It's fairly quiet, a relaxed atmosphere, and the food is good and inexpensive, relatively speeking. There's nothing else like it around this big town DFW metroplex. I would probably dine here much more often if IKEA would allow parking on the side adjacent to the cafeteria and allow entry there (hint, hint), although I realize it's likely a big security issue / reason that they don't.

Stood at the food counter for 1-2 minutes in plain view of group of employees talking. One then walked past me and said he’d be right with me but was walking as if leaving area. Finally a person asked if I was being helped and told another person from the group to attend to me. I’m not sure why they just stood around talking with me I. Plain view. It was awkward

Had a quick lunch here yesterday, the guy behind the food counter had terrible, lazy attitude, as someone who wants to get the money without putting any effort in. Zero customer service! The tables were dirty, condiment dispensers were empty, told the guy at the checkout and he did nothing about it??
Beautiful place, nice service and the food is bad. We ate because we were hungry but it was terrible!

06/28/24 cafeteria cashier has way no customer service skills, so rude and would not stop starting . Food was also terrible , guy serving food was kind though!
