Stood at the food counter for 1-2 minutes in plain view of group of employees talking. One then walked past me and said he’d be right with me but was walking as if leaving area. Finally a person asked if I was being helped and told another person from the group to attend to me. I’m not sure why they just stood around talking with me I. Plain view. It was awkward

We went to the restaurant around 12pm and it was me and my sister and brother in law. We all said that the staff was friendly. Very clean and nice family friendly atmosphere. Food was okay not the best but good for a quick bite while shopping.

IKEA, please explain what is going on here. Finding assistance in this place is like finding something made in America. Not happening. I do appreciate the price reductions since the end of the discounts at checkout. Really though, the cafeteria experience has changed so much. It isn’t inviting like it used to be. Your innovations, post pandemic, are not coming off consumer centric. I almost left today without a purchase because I could find an employee to help me locate...
