I quite coming here for a while, because. The service was terrible. I went through drive thru and only ordered tacos and they took 20 min with only one car in front of me. Today I went and ordered a bubble 🧋 tea. And the bubbles were dried up and had I thought they were supposed to be like Jello.but if you guys are selling a $4.50 I would expect it to be better. I will no longer come to this Jack. And I told to girl to have a nice day, and she didn't say anything thing. Rude.

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN LIFE ANY WHERE!!!!! So I go in order my food with a chocolate shake without whip or cherry. well when the girl hands me my shake it was white and had whip & cherry so I went to her told her its posed to have no whip & cherry and its posed to be chocolate. so she takes it rolls her eyes and goes to remake it. well she remade it and it was still white. so I went to her once again and said ma'am I ordered chocolate can u put some more chocolate in it plz bc the taste of vanilla makes me sick she rolled her eyes again and told me no she already put enough chocolate in it. I said well can u ut some in a cup & I'll mix it myself she told me no I said really fine I'll pay for it so she charged me for not 1 but 2 ranch dipping cups. I NEVER ORDERED NOR GOT RANCH. SO after she charged me for the 2 ranch cups I gave her the money and as she was getting my change I said can I plz have your name plz she rolled her eyes again and said no I'm not giving you my name . I laughed and said that's ok I've already gotten it as I reached and grabbed the receipt off the printer. SHE IS A SORRY EXCUSE FOR AN EMPLOYEE!!!! AND I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED IF SHE WERE TO WORK FOR MY COMPANY> SORRY BUT I WENT TO JACK IN THE BOX EVERYDAY UNTIL YESTERDAY BC THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE & HORRIBLE AND NO KIND OF CUSTOER SERVICE AT ALL> THAT LITTLE GIRL DONT NEED HER JOB TREATING CUTOMERS THAT WAY!!!! THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED AS WELL BC SHE SEEN & MUST KNOW HOW THAT LITTLE GIRL IS AND SHE STILL PUT HER ON FRONT COUNTER DONT GO HERE!!!! Ordered the munchie meal with everything plain. A Texas double jack with nothing on it, two tacos with nothing, and French fries. burger came with one patty and everything, tacos were with everything and a bit soggy. And my French fries were halfsies. They completely messed up my order I don't know how they did it but they did. They have done this multiple times. Do not recommend this jack in the box.

I made my order in the app. At this location they would not allow me to ask for extra sauce on the tacos. When I received the tacos they were obviously not freshly made, they've been sitting around for a while just being reheated. The tacos were soggy.
Yall keep getting the orders wrong when I specifically ask for it, it has happened like over 5 times, i don’t know what’s the issue but its getting to a point

Clearly this place needs to be shut down all 1star reviews which I’m sure would be 0 if they could! Management SUCKS CLEARLY and needs to be replaced asap! Because they’re too lazy to pay attention to a simple order & too lazy to fix the issue! Actually this whole establishment should be shut down bc all the 1star reviews here are ridiculous and makes me seriously wonder how they are still in business. SAVE THE STRESS & GO ELSE WHERE!
