I literally asked for extra mayo, and they gave me a bone dry double burger. Not enjoying my experience. You can tell it's been sitting there for too long, so the patties are dried out as well. And to give me no sauce on top of that feels so careless. it's not even busy right now, so there's no reason for my meal to be like this.

No STARS. Why is it becoming a thing where you don’t get good customer service no more ? They are now promoting the self serve kiosk. The lil girl working the window didn’t approach me because they had small screen that said order on kiosk 👀 which I didn’t see. I’m SICK OF THE SORRY ASS SERVICE

2/6/2025 ordered via the drive thru at 8:50am. The lady on the speaker greets me with “what do you want?”. I reply “good morning”…no response for about 10 seconds before another “what do you want?”. I place my order and hope I get to deal with someone else at the window. I get to the window and to my surprise, I discover the voice belongs to a young woman who is moving significantly slower than her co-workers. About 5 mins go by as I can see her assembling my ordered items and when she opens the window, I ask “how are you?” and I’m met with a response of only my order total lol. I give most people the benefit of the doubt but this employee just really did not give service industry vibes whatsoever. She swipes my card, hands me my bag, I say “I appreciate it, have a good day.” only to see her shut the window and walk away. I do hope her management sees this and can help her better perform the social interaction side of her job.

Ordered 2 taco packs (which is 2 tacos per order) only got 2 tacos. Asked for unsweetened tea (no sugar!) and got a tea that had so much sugar that is was almost syrup. Chicken club sandwich had a 1 1.5 inch piece of bacon and a tomato that was about the same size. (Refer to photos to see) After sharing my issue with co workers I find that they have all had similar issues lately with Refusals to ever go back. Look at the reviews everyone! This place has a very bad leadership. They leave replies here but as you can see, they have had the same issues for years. Hire your team members and actually spend the time to train them. Get a lead that will actually care about the food and customers.

Just a disappointment. Need better staff this is not the first time having issues like this even when I order in person they always mess it up somehow. I ordered for delivery but they did not do the 2 spicy Chicken I ordered It had a question mark on the receipt like they didn't know their own food. I called the place no answer I go in person to ask what's going on and they say it was my fault The old short lady did the big decision for everyone not to add it.

Actual photo of what they served me as a “sourdough jack”. It appears to have been dropped on the floor where it broke into small pieces, and then for some reason they put it on the bun anyway and served to me as a hamburger to feed to my 8yo Daughter.

At this point the only reason yall getting a star is so I can say something... not once, not twice but multiple times that I give this place a try and time and time again they disappoint... my chicken is old and dry, my fries are nonexistent, the meat in the burger is old like old old.. they don't care, and still want to have an attitude with me, like if I'm at wrong and don't have a reason to be upset. Do better.
