I was really pleased with my experience at this Jack in the Box. I placed an online order around 3am, and it was ready right when I arrived. The food was fresh and made exactly as ordered. It also looked like there was only one worker handling everything at the time, and he still got it done perfectly—quick, accurate, and with great effort. I really appreciate the hard work and will definitely be back!

Arrived at the location on foot at 7 am. The lobby was closed. It is posted to open at 6 am. Young lady came to door, and told me I have go through drive thru. I walked there. I just wanted to relax eat my breakfast. Now I have to walk to another restaurant to have breakfast. So if you are looking to go have breakfast in the lobby at Jack in the Box. Your out of luck. From now on I will be enjoying my breakfast in McDonald's.

Bunch of unprofessional people who work at this specific establishment. I walked in and stood there for a few minutes at the cashier and no one even bothered to talk to me/take my order I was even doing pickup as well😂. Avoid this specific Jack in the box.
