Ordered two wraps, grilled. Received both fried. The fajita wrap(pic attached)was not a fajita wrap. It was so spicy I could not eat it. Wasted my money.

Very bad results, I had ordered regular curly fries and 6 tacos, they never put my curly fries. On the drive thru they rush you even if it is one or two cars. Like do y’all have somewhere to be… 😡😡😡 Please don’t work on fast food if y’all not going to do y’all job correctly. Period and y punto

This was our first visit to the south 161 location. It was very welcoming and clean. The employees were polite and professional. The food was one of the better Jumbo Jacks I've eaten in a long time and I love the taco's. It was a great experience.

I hate doing this, but nobody picks up the phone when i call. For the second time in a month they’ve put tomatoes on my burger when I’ve asked for no tomatoes. I am very allergic to tomatoes and my meal is ruined.

Very disrespectful. I ordered, and she put in what she wanted. Waited for 10 min. She disappeared, and the line behind me grew. She made no attempt to talk with us and ignored us. I finally asked where my order was, seeing as everyone after me got their meals. She asked for my receipt and again disappeared for another 5-10 mins, then came back and threw the bags on the counter. I asked her where my fries were for the Jr meal she said I didn't ask for it, so I don't get fries. Again, she ordered what she wanted to. Then dismissed me and ignored me to go away. When I left, there were at least 6 people were still waiting to order. I got home and started to dish out meals only to find out I got a cold, squish grilled sandwich. The two tacos looked like they stepped on them before they put them in the bag. I didn't get my Jr burger or fries. I will not be going back for a LONG time. Please get your shop together!
