This is a normal juice place. There was nothing unique about it, good or bad. The building looked clean, the staff were cordial (they didn't really talk to me), and the drink tasted almost the same as the one I got last time. They did change a recipe on request, so that is a thing that they can do. Come here if you want a smoothie, or dont.

Im a regular here and always get the same thing. The dragon fruit pitaya bowl. It is outstanding. I can't eat an açaí bowl anywhere else because I'm hooked on Jamba. What impresses me most is that they've never got my order wrong (keep banana in base but no banana in toppings). Sounds simple but when moving fast it's so easy to mess up. They never do!! And they are very very quick. I'd go here more often if I didn't have to get out the car but since I do have to get out I've always appreciated how quickly they get you in and out. The workers are very nice. If you haven't tried this açaí bowl, you must!!

Overall this location is consistently good. Sometimes the portion size lacks on the bowls. Other than that, food is always prepped with high quality.

These girls hate they're job and take it out on the customers. If you don't tip or tip big enough they guarantee your order will be wrong.

I've order quite a few Acai Primo Bowls but the one I had this morning......OMG! Farah made it and did an EXCELLENT job. It was perfect! The granola was extremely fresh, bananas cut thin, berries sweet.....soooo good and filling. ??

To be honest, you can never go wrong with Jamba Juice. The only issue I had was that the woman put my drinks in a drink carrier, pushed it down too hard and got some of the smoothie on her hand, then proceeded to hand it to me.

Now don't get me wrong... I love Jamba Juice; their smoothies are great! However, I had a bad experience at this location. Their prices can be a little on the high side. So I ordered a medium green smoothie, which was a little over $9. At the last minute, I decided to buy a turmeric shot for $5 and asked them to add it to my smoothie, which was now approximately $14. Well the associate slightly diluted the smoothie too much to the point that it wouldn't all fit in my cup, so I asked for the residual in a small cup (as I've done in the past with no problem). The associate said sure and made another cup; then another woman came up to me and told me even though I paid for it... she couldn't give me the rest of my drink! I asked why since I paid almost $15 dollars for a medium drink? She responded that management no longer allows them to give out the remainder of your drink (even though it's paid for)! THAT'S ABSURD! So I told her I would no longer patronize their store. I have too many other options!!!

What a terrible customer service experience. Tell your employees to put down their phones and actually speak to customers. I was asked to tip on the screen when I paid. Tip for what? The tip these girls need is how to deliver on customer service.Do not recommend.

Order online they delivered first time trying. I purchased a large apple ginger smoothie, and it was good minus the chunks, ok. They delivered, and my issue is that I paid $30 for 17 dollar drinks, and they added a $3 .47 convenience fee along with a 3 45 service fee, so I rejected the tip online, and they charged it anyway $2. 56 beware

They need to train their cashiers to have better customer service. They do not great you, can’t hear them when speaking and they do not say thank you or even your welcome. Not going here anymore.

This is the 3rd time I’ve came around 6pm and they have the lights off and the “open” sign off. I call every time to confirm if they’re open.. and they always are. Business hours are until 8pm. Why do they try and give the impression that they’re closed? Also, someone below mentioned it seems like one of the workers are bothered when someone comes in. I know exactly who she’s talking about. They need training on customer service and giving a welcoming environment during business hours. Smoothies and bowls be lit though

Can you verify if this location has closed permanently? We pulled up at 6pm in Grand Prairie and it was locked tight. I thought it closed at 8? I know the one in Burleson, Tx has closed permanently so just wondering. Thanks.
