Christian,the manager,went above and beyond to accommodate us It was my first time to Jersey Mike's ever,and Christian made sure to listen to what I like in a sub and suggest my perfect fit.Then he offered me customizations that I wouldnt have thought of otherwise,that I took advantage of.Turned out amazing.The sandwich was darn good and he made a future repeat customer to this location.

Came in for a pick up order today, and didn't realize til i was home that my order was wrong. I have a super picky girlfriend so i called them up. I told him my name and before i could even begin explaining my issue he was taking accountability and offering me solutions. I opted to go back to the store for the correct order and they made it right and threw in some cookies. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how we respond to them that sets us appart!
