Watch out for these crooks !!! Got 2 sandwiches that cost me $51.85, I only found out bc it hit my account later. I questioned why 51.85 was on the screen and this crook said no you got charged for 21.85, turns out he charged the rest as a tip. Please watch your receipt, now I’m going in the am to speak to the manager to get some clarification from these clowns, again watch your receipts bc it’s definitely not the first time they’ve down this. I’m definitely done with this establishment

Terrible customer service experience will never recommend this place to anyone place my order ahead of time online On arrival, I let the employees know I placed my order online. They made me wait 30 minutes to tell me they didn’t have the stuff needed to make my sandwich after I told them multiple times what was taking so long never again I will be taking my money to this place

I never make reviews unless I feel it’s needed. Because this jimmy John’s was amazing. First time being here due to the free sandwich promo they had going on. And even with how busy they were they did it with a smile and it was FAST!!! I will definitely come back. Thank you jimmy for the great sandwiches with a smile 😊

absolutely insane that they wouldn’t let my bf pick up my order when I’m pregnant and I’m in so much pain. so you’re telling me if someone was disabled they can’t order from here? Or participate in the promos? oh wait one of the workers did say they had to apologize to someone disabled. horrible. discrimination at its finest. do not support this place.

$15.00 for a regular sandwich, small chips & drink, then they ask for a tip🤷🏼‍♂️ What do y’all expect a tip for, I came to the counter, filled my own drink, and all y’all did is make me the sandwich I paid for. I get so tired of these places that expect me to tip when I’m not even being served.

My employer bought me Jimmy John's and I personally enjoyed it. I decided to have some today and I am grateful I came to this location. Patricia was very helpful. I mentioned this was my first time here and she started suggesting the most popular sandwiches and made it such an easy experience for me, also helped me join the rewards program! She has amazing customer service and made me feel so welcome. The environment is so calm , it's so clean , and you actually feel comfortable eating there. I will definitely be coming back! The sandwich was not fresh. I never taken a bite and asked for a refund. The manager called and said “ it a franchise and we do not do refunds.” Ok, is there a policy somewhere in the store? “No, I am sorry but no refund. Please be aware of ordering from this store. However, she did offer to remake or go to the Burleson store. Customers, if you pay upfront and something is wrong with your order there is a no refund policy. I tried to add pepper but that did not help. After going back and forth with the manager and cashier, they voided the order. I will let you all know if the refunded me.

Very good quality of meats fresh baked bread great service

Shout out to the staff during lunch. They called me to let me know they were out of stock on an item and if I would like to substitute for something else. Great communication. I ordered the Vito Picklewich with jalapeno chips. No picture because I was to excited and ate it all. It was delicious and I hope Jimmy Johns keeps the Picklewich on their menu.

I ordered a number 11 and a pickle and drink.. I dined in, WHY DID THEY PUT JALAPENO PEPPERS ON MY SANDWICH ?
Evidently they don't know the difference between a pickle and peppers..
