Employees cannot follow simple instructions. Submitted a delivery order for box lunches, did not receive a box lunch just the sandwich's. Did not leave bread in as requested. How hard is it to read order details?

The staff are so condescending and have terrible customer service. I never leave a business bitter and never wanting to come back but this Jimmy John’s location did just that. I can’t believe a simple sandwich was so difficult and how rude they were when I asked for help. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even if there wasn’t food in a million mile radius.

I placed an online order for pick up and 3 out of 4 sandwiches ordered were completely wrong. I ordered a Tuscan Italian wrap with NO MAYO because I have an egg allergy. It was drenched in Mayo. Also it was supposed to be on a garlic herb wrap but was on a flour tortilla w/ no vinaigrette. Also ordered two Italian club sandwiches, one made unwhich the other no onion. And guess what both were incorrectly made. I called the restaurant and the manager said it was due to shift change this happened and wanted me to bring it back. I live 15 mins away. I will definitely not be coming back.

I'm new in town from Georgia and haven't had a Jimmy John's sandwich since I lived in Colorado several years ago. Very disappointed the employees seemed very distracted. It was not busy and my sandwich (#13 Beach Club) was put together horribly, NO turkey on 1/2 the bread just cheese, tomato and a tiny smear of avocado and I asked for no cucumbers, see photo. I definitely tasted where it was removed from the sandwich after it was put on, shame on you food allergies are no joke.

While the food is good, the service is never good and they close 30mins early and never update there times/ dates they are closed.

Very poor customer service. I was not acknowledged when I arrived. The one worker they had in there, continued to weigh and package meats. Then after 5 minutes passed he asked if I knew what I wanted. Of course I knew what I wanted, I knew before I got there, that's why I came. He continued packagingand weighing the meat then after another 4 minutes he came over to the registrar and started trying to log in with the SAME GLOVES on that he used to package the meat!!!! So unsanitary and unsafe! I politely smiled and just told him I would come back another time. He looked like he owned the shop, but appeared to be struggling with the log in. I just can't believe all of this happened there today. I frequent this location often but I don't think I'll be returning after this experience.

Wanted to try their sandwiches instead of Subway. I placed an order through the app for four sandwiches, nothing special, no combos, just the sandwiches. $64.00!!!! Received a call that it would be thirty minutes because the ran out of bread. I'm no genius but your sole ingredient is bread and you run out. Waited the thirty minutes and guess what. I was told the manager had to leave and buy gloves. Thirty minutes later so now an hour, no sandwiches, no manager and I'm assuming, no gloves. Never again. I asked for a refund and hopefully it will show back up on my card.
