Sunday 7:15 PM I asked my brother to stop by this establishment and bring me dinner, when he gets home with my food I see that they didn't even give him a bag, when I open the box with my food I find French fries that were half full, hard and cold, the biscuit old and the chicken pathetic. My brother told me that it was the only vehicle in the drive thru, they basically gave him the oldest thing they had and nothing fresh, I will never think about eating at this place again.

The whole point to order online is to be able to have the food ready when I'm ready to pick it up. I go to the drive thru to pick up my order and they tell me it wasn't ready and for me to wait. I wait and go back through the drive thru only for them to tell me I have to pick up inside. What is the difference from picking up inside and picking up through the drive thru? I wasn't planning to dine in so getting out of my car wasn't the purpose of picking up drive thru.
More than half an order for a mac n cheese to come out, what a waste of time for a franchise I used to like.

lady was extremely rude morning shift on January 11th 2025 wouldn't give me her name left the shop for about an hour we asked for condiments and she slammed the drive-through window on us wouldn't recommend i hope they see what a horrible employee she is.

I ordered online for pick up at the store,there’s a good deal online if you buy $10 worth of food you get a free 3 chicken strips with fries so that’s what I ordered, took me 15 minutes to get there and waited 20 more at the store, got my food but no free items, when I asked the manager and showed my phone and what I ordered she lost her cool and got mad shouting she didn’t get the same order, I should’ve got it just for the wait, told you miss mad manager, this is what you get, bad reviews and loss of customer for your bad service
Placed an order online at 3:16PM. Was told that It would be ready by 3:31PM. Arrive at 3:27 which is a few minutes early I know but was informed in drive thru that it was going to be 30 more mins before food was ready because it was a big order and that I would need to come in and pick it up. Woman at the window scoffed at us even when we informed them the name on the order and even laughed when I asked them if it was appropriate for me to come in if I am not wearing shoes. I had on house slippers and was not expecting to get out the car. Regardless I went in and picked up the order which wasn't even ready until 4:15PM almost 45 mins later. This is ridiculous.
FYI that lady took food to other family of "color" but seems being white or Hispanic at this place is a crime.

Came here before my plans for a quick dinner and all I ordered was a 3 piece tender meal and they had me pull up to the front. I ended up waiting 25 minutes and who knows how much longer because I had to leave. Never going back! 25 minute for a 3 piece tender meal is crazy!

I placed an order online for pick up. It told me it would be ready at 7:20 pm. I placed the order at 7:00 pm. When I arrived they hadn’t even started my order yet even though the mobile app said it was ready. At 7:30 pm I was informed it’d be another ten minutes before the last part of my order was ready. At 7:42 pm I still have not received my order. Multiple other people have come and picked up their orders already. I am typing this as I sit in the store. It is now 7:50 pm thirty minutes after when the order was supposed to be ready, and 10 minutes past when they told me in the store it would be ready. I received my order at 7:58 pm. Almost 40 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready.
