Just picked up an online order. I’m missing 2 family sides, biscuits are hard and cold and all my food was cold!!! I had to heat everything up in the microwave. I’ve been trying to call back for the past 10 minutes and it just rings busy. I’ll definitely be calling corporate tomorrow because a 16 piece family with extra sides should have came ready to eat for nearly $70.

I ordered a three-piece original chicken wings three biscuits a Capri Sun. They charge me for my drink. It’s supposed to be a combo. I got to the house. My order was all wrong. I went back. They took my biscuit. My potato wedges was all in style. it’s ridiculous. I’ll give him a zero.

I’m placed my mobile order for 25 mins ago and waited Patiently and the manager told me if will be ready in 2 mins and it ended up taking me 15 mins and the worst part is that every customer that just placed there order ended up getting there food first Before Me this is very unacceptable 🙄

After waiting for 30 minutes, my order was wrong. I asked for a refund and the manager told me they don’t give refunds. This restaurant is horrible.

Don’t eat here!! They gave us the wrong chicken and forgot the gravy. On a side note, The lady took the chicken she initially served us (we drove back to return it)and put it back in the pan to serve to other customers after we told her that our order was wrong. We stopped going to this location years ago because of this same problem and nothing has changed. It’s best to avoid this kfc if you want good food and service.
