Went here a bunch of times. Something incorrect almost every time. Lady taking the order was incredibly rude and should be fired immediately. This place is poorly managed. Only one person that ever worked here did a good job, and they no longer work there. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.

Schedule pick up order for a set time and it's never ready at that time. You will wait 15+ minutes for your meal every time. They also keep one of the main doors locked with no sign letting you know the other doors on the side are open. If you're trying to stick to a schedule, this isn't the place to stop at.

My only disappointment with them ,was that they didn't have white milk , we got stuck with chocolate milk ,instead. For our kids meal :(

They NEVER have anything in stock. Only drink for kids is Capri sun, always out of chicken pot pie and the wait is always 15+ minutes. So much for fast food

Today I was treated so badly when I was ordering food. A âLADYâ in this KFC Shouted so loudly from background in a demeaning way that Hurt me so much. The cashier i was communicating with was finding hard to understand what I was ordering from the menu at drive through. Evidently the âLADYâ acted unfairly contrary to what KFC stands for. Please customers avoid this kfc until the employee is talked to by the management. Today at 5:55pm on February 12. 2025.

What a let down. Watched a couple of YouTube videos on the new nashville bowls and decided to try. I don't know if it's just this location but never again. I say save your money. I got the Mac n cheese one and loaded fries one. I didn't like the fact that they put the nashhot sauce at the bottom of the bowl instead of on top. I felt like both bowls were lacking in flavor. Price wise I'd say it's worth it just wish there was more flavor. Also there were no pickles on my Nash hot fries bowl. I was looking forward to them adding to the crunchy texture and a different tang to the bowl. I guess I'll stick with their plain ol original famous bowl. The worker that took my order was nice and upbeat though. Not the typical "this is my job but you're bothering me... why are you here?" attitude that many fast food workers have these days.

This was the worst service, I asked for my tenders to be cooked crispy & got cursed out in Spanish left & right and told to calm down by saying excuse me is it a problem cooking my food longer after I noticed , The girl flung my food on the counter & turnt her back & started playing on her phone like if I wasnât standing there. The manger jumped in and was yelling at me I was going excuse me may I please have my ord made correctly please. I asked for my money back I told no and Iâm get my order made over. The store manager came out the situation went worst the supervisor steady yelling and cursing in Spanish the store manager have asked her to stop & she didnât. Who is the district manager I got told go do a survey and leave a review well this location sucks and the food wasnât the way I asked for it after all the mess that went on.

I've been here only twice, but the food has a lot of issues. First time the chicken was too salty and we had a hard time eating it. The second time, the chicken makes my tongue numb to eat. We tried another location in Bedford and the chicken tasted like it should. Maybe training is needed
