Today I was treated so badly when I was ordering food. A “LADY” in this KFC Shouted so loudly from background in a demeaning way that Hurt me so much. The cashier i was communicating with was finding hard to understand what I was ordering from the menu at drive through. Evidently the “LADY” acted unfairly contrary to what KFC stands for. Please customers avoid this kfc until the employee is talked to by the management. Today at 5:55pm on February 12. 2025.

What a let down. Watched a couple of YouTube videos on the new nashville bowls and decided to try. I don't know if it's just this location but never again. I say save your money. I got the Mac n cheese one and loaded fries one. I didn't like the fact that they put the nashhot sauce at the bottom of the bowl instead of on top. I felt like both bowls were lacking in flavor. Price wise I'd say it's worth it just wish there was more flavor. Also there were no pickles on my Nash hot fries bowl. I was looking forward to them adding to the crunchy texture and a different tang to the bowl. I guess I'll stick with their plain ol original famous bowl. The worker that took my order was nice and upbeat though. Not the typical "this is my job but you're bothering me... why are you here?" attitude that many fast food workers have these days.

This was the worst service, I asked for my tenders to be cooked crispy & got cursed out in Spanish left & right and told to calm down by saying excuse me is it a problem cooking my food longer after I noticed , The girl flung my food on the counter & turnt her back & started playing on her phone like if I wasn’t standing there. The manger jumped in and was yelling at me I was going excuse me may I please have my ord made correctly please. I asked for my money back I told no and I’m get my order made over. The store manager came out the situation went worst the supervisor steady yelling and cursing in Spanish the store manager have asked her to stop & she didn’t. Who is the district manager I got told go do a survey and leave a review well this location sucks and the food wasn’t the way I asked for it after all the mess that went on.

I've been here only twice, but the food has a lot of issues. First time the chicken was too salty and we had a hard time eating it. The second time, the chicken makes my tongue numb to eat. We tried another location in Bedford and the chicken tasted like it should. Maybe training is needed

My bf went to this KFC. There's a lady there. She's currently at the job right now as I type this. Completely rude. Yells at customers. Is very snappy with them. Terrible experience.
I ordered from the mobile the app said my food was ready i go to the drive thru they said it'll be 10 minutes pull around and come in i go inside and no one address me said hello asked if i need anything so after 15 minutes i ask about my order wait 5 more minutes get home my fries are ice cold

Awful restaurant, if you put in an online order their staff can't seem to put the right items on the bag. I had it delivered and there is no way I am going back to that store to fix it, if I wanted to go to the store I would gone in the first place. This restaurant needs to educate the staff on how to fulfill an order

Entirely too long of a wait for a chicken place to cook their chicken. I did an online order and by the time I got my food, the ice in the drinks they poured had melted. Getting told 3 minutes and waiting 20 is ridiculous at a fast food restaurant. If I wanted to wait that long for food, I'd have gone to a proper restaurant where the service staff isn't short with me and where the food is worth the wait.

Heads up if you are ordering online. I ordered through the KFC app. Notified the order was ready for pick up. Went to the store, it wasn't ready and was told to wait. After 20min all customers waited before and after me got their orders. Then found out the staff accidentally gave away my order to someone else. Ended up waiting in the restaurant 1 hour for a supposedly in and out pick up. Staff apologized but we're not sincere at all. Very disappointed and not coming back to this location anymore.
