I don't understand why, if this place is empty at night, they make us wait so long. I've been waiting for my order for 20 minutes, and the girls don't even care about the pending issues in the kitchen. They told me to stop my vehicle to wait for my food, and they're serving other items, forgetting I'm here waiting.

Haven't eaten KFC in ages but since they have the deal where you get a free 8 piece bucket deal with $15 purchase, I thought I give them another try.
The 8 piece bucket price is $22 and only choice is original. I bought the 5 piece (extra crispy 3 breasts, 2 wings, mash potato, cold slaw, 2 biscuits, and 2 medium drinks) meal deal for 2 for $15. So this came out cheaply for me to try KFC again.
The 8 pieces in the bucket are pretty small for regular price of $22. The 5 pieces of extra crispy chicken are impressive larger than Popeye's pieces. So $15 for that deal is alright.
Now, for the taste. The original chicken is pretty bland with no flavor and kinda dry. The extra crispy chicken has no flavor but a bit too salty for my taste. Only good tasting are the mashed potato, cold slaw, and the biscuits.
Overall, it is too expensive for not really good tasting chicken if I had to pay regular price.
The staff are friendly but for not good tasting chicken, I won't be back anytime soon.

Surely if you order something and they give you a time to pick it up it wouldn’t then somehow be another 20 minutes late. Impossibly that’s what you get here.

The chicken was good. But when I ordered my to go order of a bucket of chicken and I specifically requested all drum stick, then get home and find 1 drum and the rest is thighs. That is not acceptable. I expect better from the Colonel......

I was having a bad day. I just went through the drive through, and I only ordered a 2 piece dark, but the young lady was SO nice, she made my day. Customer service is everything. :-)

Ordered on the kiosk, waited about 20 minutes for the food. It was sitting behind the counter until I went to ask for it. Had to wait for drinks and sauces. Service was beyond slow.

Horrible service. I went to the drive thru. Guy took my order and asked me to move forward. I went to the window and after about few minutes he came to the window and asked me what I ordered. I was the only car there buddy. I told him again and he said ok. He had the window open and was talking to other employees about being ready to go home. I ordered a 3 piece meal with fries. Nothing special. I got home and opened it up and it was a damn kids meal. NOT HAPPY!!! I tried to call a few times and the phone just rang. Whatever happened to customer service. Never again

Why do all these fast food places suck now! The prices go up, portions and quality go down. The service is horrible. This location is no different. I had to wait 15-20 min for my food. These places are just pathetic now

Good and fresh food , one person at register during lunch time and she was helping with food to so line got long quick , They do not use the mobile pick up area so I had to wait like 15-20 mins before I made it to register so I could get my mobile order.
