SO RUDE! pulled up to the window, some lady asked me what i wanted and i told her and she straight up ignored me for a whole 2 minutes , i kept saying “hello, hello” and no response. she definitely heard me! i pulled outta the drive thru and i just see her standing there laughing ! The lady at the drive thru was nice, but, whoever put my order together left a mashed potato out, I asked for 3 legs, I got 1 and 2 thighs, I should have checked, so some of the fault is mine, but I don't eat thighs, but after arriving home from work not like I'm driving back.. I'll know better next time.. moral of the story Check your order everytime

Ordered the family meal that comes with 3 sides. They told me that fries have a wait. I asked “if I change the fries to Mac n cheese will there be a wait?” She said “no.” So, I switched it to Mac n cheese since we are pressed on time. Well, they STILL asked me to park in the front because there was a WAIT lol. So then I said “well, since yall are still making me wait - can you switch it back to fries?” Cashier was UPSET that I asked. She called the manager, manager rollered her eyes but decided to go ahead and fulfill the request. When she delivered the order, they were being funny about it. I don’t think it was a big ask, js…..pray that they didn’t spit in our food 😬

I don't understand why, if this place is empty at night, they make us wait so long. I've been waiting for my order for 20 minutes, and the girls don't even care about the pending issues in the kitchen. They told me to stop my vehicle to wait for my food, and they're serving other items, forgetting I'm here waiting.
