I ordered a pizza for delivery from the Grand Prairie store and they said they delivered to my nephew school,so the guy said order on line and we can deliver. Make a long story short, they used DoorDash to deliver and the school would not accept delivery.so I get a text with a picture of the pizza in a car seat. the staff is doo doo y'all are the worst amount every time I place a digital order it gets cancelled but everyone else gets to do it so of I do it I'm not allowed but everyone else gets to amount every time I asked for the hot and ready the person takes forever getting it gets it wrong thing every time I say a thing the person goe gets someone else
Improve training for their managers, worst customer service ever! If I could give this store negative stars I would. They lack the training on conflict resolution and listening skills. All I had was a missing item from delivery and the manager had no clue how to handle the situation. I had to tell the manager how to do her job. I will never go back to this particular one, I may just not go to any little ceasar's pizza store period.
