Little Caesars Pizza

I had promised myself that I wasn't going back to that location, the las 3 times the pizza was soggy and didn't taste that good, today I gave them another chance ( last) and the man at the window didn't greet me he gave a mean look,like that he heck do you want, I asked for a 2 pizzas and a soda combo and he said I could get that online only, really hmm, anyway he told me how much it was, and when I said I thought the price was off, he got offended and told me that was the correct price, always with a bad attitude, I made the mistake of not checking the pizza then and there, and when I did at home some parts where thick, others flat, and they didn't even cut the pizza right. I hope they close this place, they don't care about quality or manners.
Hoy fui y un señor mal encargado ni me saludo se puso en la ventana y me miró muy despota, le pedí el combo de dos pizzas y un refresco y me dijo que solo en línea, no le creí , en fin compré dos pizzas y cuando llegue a la casa está toda desinflada de un lado y del otro más o menos bien, ya no les interesa la calidad de su producto, el hombre ese siempre fue antipático, si no le gusta su trabajo que hace ahí, le hace falta humildad.

They r skimpy on your toppings, plus they r slow despite having several people on duty

I’m giving Little Caesars 1 star due to the frustrating experience I had today. I went through the drive-thru and asked for a Sprite. The guy at the window told me they only carry Pepsi products—no problem, I said I was fine with the Pepsi version of Sprite.

I handed him my card, he charged me, then left to get the drink. When he came back, he said they were actually out. The drink was for someone at home who specifically wanted Sprite or Starry, so I asked for a refund.

He flat-out said “no.” I asked what he meant by that, and he said he’d get a manager. The manager came and told me they don’t do refunds and that I could come back another day. I explained that it didn’t seem right for them to charge my card and then tell me they don’t have the product I paid for. He just signed the receipt and repeated that I could come back another time.

This didn’t sit right with me, so I went home and told my husband. He agreed it wasn’t handled properly, so we both went back to the store. I explained again that I didn’t feel it was fair I couldn’t get a refund, and I asked if they ever give refunds & he said no.

Eventually, we spoke to a woman named Laura who explained that the location is a franchise and the owner has a policy of no refunds. She gave us the district number to request one, but it’ll take 8–15 days just to get my $8 back.

Honestly, this whole situation could’ve been handled with more clarity and better customer service.

I hadn’t been to Little Caesars in over ten years, but I decided to give it another shot. There wasn’t a menu posted in the drive thru, so I felt a little lost at first, but that’s where Brian Castro came in.

He was so helpful and patient, walking me through everything they had and even recommending a few options. On top of that, his energy was amazing, it felt like he genuinely cared about making my experience a good one, which is so rare these days in fast food.

Brian, you’re the reason I’ll be back soon. Thank you for turning a simple pizza visit into a great experience! 10/10 service.

Little Caesars never disappoints! Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or feeding a hungry crowd, they always deliver quality, flavor, and value. The Hot-N-Ready pizzas are perfect for when I’m in a rush, and they’re always fresh, hot, and delicious.

The crust is perfectly baked with just the right amount of crunch, the sauce is flavorful, and the cheese and toppings are always spot on. I also love their Crazy Bread—it’s soft, buttery, and downright addictive!
If you’re looking for a tasty pizza fix without breaking the bank, Little Caesars is the way to go. Five stars all the way!

The sauce getting stingy I be eating that sauce in one dip. It’s ridiculous they barely put any sauce after I ordered 8 breadsticks. Then want to charge me $1 for another quarter value sauce

The staff here is really rude and have zero customer service! They don’t know how to greet customers! They demand for your card without ever saying hello how can I help you ? They start with what do want ? So rudely ! I just think management should really talk to their staff because we walk in happily and leave so in disbelief!

I'm experiencing frustration when my orders are miscommunicated, and it's challenging to resolve the issue due to LANGUAGE barriers with the staff. Even when I attempt to TRANSLATE or clarify, the employee became upset and unwilling to assist or provide a solution, Or even find someone who could offer a better explanation. This is a horrible establishment. The worst customer service I’ve ever received

Will not go here again order online for a pickup at a certain time got email pizza ready 10 minutes before time I ask for got pizza didn't look or taste fresh crazy bread was half cooked and drive thru person didn't speak English so pissed
