We order and pick up from this location all the time, but the last time we picked up there was a major difference in the pizza crust and it was simply not good at all. Very tasteless. It put me in the mind of a soft "no salt" saltine cracker. I hope this is not a permanent switch b/c the crust made the pizza not that great.

Very bad service, the cashier is a very bad person. I do not recommend this place unless they change workers.

Pizza was okay. Seemed like half the toppings were on 2/3 of the pizza.Tried wings and they were tiny, like I felt I got ripped off. Tasted like they had freezer burn. Texture was not the typical wings, maybe some quality control but as much as things cost there day I wish there was much better quality control.

The food is great. Ordering over the phone is not good, especially if you are placing a custom order. I was told to use their app, which I will try the next time. I don't know yet whether their app will handle a true custom order that is not on their menu.
called in ahead, phone kept ringing no answer for 7mnts. Order 2 sausage's pizza however arrived for pick up nothing ready. Wait again for another 10 mints... never never again go there.. unprofessional no sorry just tell you they are both trained well... sucks.

Currently waiting on my order. My email says my order is ready and waiting for me in the portal. However, door is locked and they say go to drive thru. They also won't answer the phone. Been waiting 20 minutes in drive thru and still waiting just to pick up an order that was ready 20 minutes ago. I still have 4 cars in front of me before I can even get to the window.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! customer service thru the drive thru was excellent! 10:50am on 5-25-23. She actually opened up a little early so I could purchase 3 pizzas!!!!!!
