This place is so rude. Don’t have any customer service experience order was wrong. The lady couldn’t even understand me so I had to call back at another time. This place is so unprofessional. I had no choice but to give it one star, but for the service and the food and the atmosphere I would give it a complete zero.

Only ordered 3 items, they delivered 2 out of 3. And they can't even re-deliver my missing item (1 box of pizza), instead they have to refund me. Can't stress how disappointed I am with this place. Never again. Sticking with someone more reliable like pizza hut or papa john's.

I go often. I fell bad for the employees. The business only have 3 employees working at peak hours. The worked their butts off to take care of hangry customers, online orders, cook and pack the foods. Shame on you Little Caesars!! I will stop supporting your business!!!

How on Earth does a restaurant expect to stay in business and disable online ordering 45 minutes before closing. Literally my second attempt to order and no longer an option. I hope the actual owner is aware of such.

Terribly disappointed! I ordered a pretzel crust pizza what came was not it I’m very annoyed about it even my dog didn’t want to eat it sadly

Yesterday around 4:30 pm I went in to place an order. After I placed my pizza 🍕 I notice the young man who was eating something. So I watch him to see if he was gonna watch his hands, which he didn’t. So I asked the young man who took my order was a manager there, he said she was the lady who had just left out while I was placing my order. I explained to him about what I seen, he offered to go and make my pizza himself but he was the only one taking orders so I just ask for a refund and went to the one on Broad Street in Mansfield. Please teach those young workers that dealing with food. You have to be aware of the Food Safety Health Policy. Washing Hands are very important to keep everyone safe.

Come here for lunch and y'all motto is hot and ready right ?! Why have I been standing here for 15 mins! Y'all need a bigger opening staff then 2 people this is ridiculous!

went in asked for a pep and sau pizza he charged me $12 i usually pay $10 so i asked him can i get the promotional price and he said i had to call it in for that price! So i called in the store and he makes a statement “so you gone call it in the store” then lets 3 people cut infront of me! while u was waiting for him to answer the phone to take my order it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional! he wouldn’t give his name so here’s a picture very rude
