This place needs to be reported, someone from the corporate office needs to come here and just start firing people, I've heard that the people that work here are teens who play at their job. I ordered a pizza, soda, and two dips online, I'm just a teen with no car so I can't do ANYTHING when they don't answer the phone. They forgot to give me my soda and 2 dips. I just feel sad and scammed, I was really looking forward to that soda man.

Called to cancel order within 3 minutes if order placed. Store put me on indefinite hold. NEVER came back to the call. Had to go ahead and pick up the pizza we tried to cancel. Stayed on hold for over 27 minutes. Called store back and NO ONE could help me nor tried to rectify their terrible customer service. No apologies, no compensation. Nothing. This restaurant is terrible and their app is trash as well. I should have been able to cancel this order either via app or on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous

You will literally wait 30-45 min on your pizza, every time at this location.

Waited for some fresh puffs and THIS is what they handed me 💀💀! Always check reviews that’s my fault I guess.

Pizza under cooked and flabby and the sauce not spread right and they never told us when it was done either

Stuffed crust pizza is good here and prices are very reasonable and food was ready when I arrived

Never has pizzas ready. Always have to wait 15 -20 minutes. Very inconvenient for a grab and go pizza place.

I ask for another marinera sauce sin I order 2 order of garlic bread and 2 pizza with half of each is garlic bread well them went I ask for guy was so rude

They never have hot and ready pizzas avail… people just standing around and no pizzas avail .. this is every time I come into this location

Slow service, I ordered at 5:22 it's now 6:18 and they forgot to make my pizza .. Cashier doesn't speak proper English to communicate effectively. I will not return to this location
