Just opened nothing was ready. They need to come in earlier. Went to get tartar sauce, and it squirts out water. Her excuse was that they had just opened, and nothing was ready. Well, once again, get there early enough to have everything ready so your customers aren't getting squirt on.

I was really surprised everything was good. I quit going about 3 yrs ago because it was so horrible. The fish would be dried up in the crust like they refried it. The one complaint is that they would not honor the AARP and AMAC cards for the senior discount even though the cards said that location should honor them.

I went to the drive thru around 2:30pm and there was a car unfront of me and could here the person speaking to the customer through the speaking and it sounded so rude! Then I pulled up to order my food and yep rude person answering the intercom. I asked questions and didn't get a straight answer.. got to the window and wow! The girl was so rude when I was trying to confirm my order!!!!! The little older lady that works there is so sweet many she needs to be the one to only take orders.. they young folks need people skills training and how to speak to people

Not only did they cheat us out of an entire meal, the one we did receive was horrible. The fish and shrimp smelled bad/off-upon peeling the crust off a shrimp we discovered the reason for the smell.... it was tinged brownish gray, a sure sign they are SPOILED.

This restaurant food was straight trash. The whole plate was old fish. Even the crumbs they give you. I tried to break open the hushpuppies and they was so dang dryyyyyyyy. I really wish I would have taken pictures. I would have taken this food back but I was far away from store. Close down if your not going to serve fresh hot food .. oh and they double dipped the Fry's. TRASH. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYTHING ????? I'M JUST LETTING YOU KNOW WHAT I GOT
I miss Long John Silver's from my childhood. It was nice to find a restaurant again. Love their fish. The service was great and the people were friendly. Will be going back for

I waited 15 minutes for my food I'm the drive thru which meant it was hot and fresh but they gave me the wrong order which I didn't see until I got home. And it was spicy sauce on my fish tacos and I'm allergic to spicy things . The staff was nice
