We visited on a Saturday, it was busy, they had one cashier working the line, it took us almost 30 minutes to order. After ordering they gave us a number, we sat outside and waited for the food. We ordered for 6 people, and one by one they brought out small parts of the meal, like one sandwich, then 5 minutes later an order of fries, 10 minutes later another sandwich.. it took us almost 45 minutes to get the whole meal, and they forgot 2 of our sides. I’ve never experienced service like this at any restaurant before, it was frustrating. The outside had no lighting so it was very hard to see your food. The food itself was average at best, dry brisket, tough beef ribs, and over priced sides. The only item we enjoyed was the pork belly, which they forgot and we had to go inside to ask for it after 45 minutes. We spent over $150 at this place, and still had to stop at McDonald’s on the way home, a very disappointing experience.

$75 for three people and we barely got any food. I got three pork ribs, two fatty slices of brisket, very bland sausage, and borracho beans so bad that I am positive they were named that because they were made by a drunken fool. VERY poor portion sizes made me hope the taste made up for — no. I’ll just cut to the chase: the BBQ is worse than Dickey’s yet three times the price. Will NEVER go back.
Parking: Parking at Epic is epically terrible.

Down in Dallas visiting my pops, and let me just say…. THIS WAS THE BEST BBQ IVE HAD IN MY 24 years on this planet! The smoked pork belly was so juicy, and tender, and man, the brisket!!! The brisket was to die for!!! So tender, but not brittle! Dad and I agreed this is now a destination spot and he will be coming , and the next time I’m in Dallas I will be seeping my teeth into some delicious fatty, juicy, succulent brisket and pork belly! Also the place was pristinely clean and the staff was so sweet! Let me add - the banana pudding was the perfect balance of sweet!

Went on Monday September 30 with my co-worker around lunch time and view of the patio is everything but as far as the food they don’t give you enough for the price you pay. Ain’t no way in the world to pay that price and get none . The cashier wasn’t knowledgeable of the food they served and was making it kinda of hard to even want to stay and order from them. The good part is the view on the patio and the manger was very nice and made you want to come back just for the vibe. Right now I’m 50/50 on if I’ll be coming back

The BBQ was not very good at all. It was bland and lacked seasoning, and you can’t make up for it with the sauce because it was bad as well. I honestly think chains like spring creek are better, but considering the great BBQ you can get in Dallas, I wouldn’t waste my time going here ever again. Also, for being very mediocre, the prices were high. Save the money and go to a better BBQ restaurant.
The food is delicious. Daisy and Elaina are amazing with their customer service and knowledge of the bar. Micheal made sure we were taken care of and provided the extra touch but talking with the customers.
My only suggestion would be to increase the portion of food.
Other than that we will definitely be back!

The staff was phenomenal they were very hospitable. The food was off the charts good we ordered the three meat platter and it was too much food for two people. We had food left over and we had food for later. Mr Dodd is the best!!! Thanks for an awesome experience. The brisket the ribs the sausage the wings oh my goodness. Let’s not even talk about the jewel of the spot the candied pork belly!!! The is my new go to BBQ spot. Great value!!!!! Good portions good price and great taste.
