Main Event Grand Prairie

The food is not that great. The prices on the menu are different than the kiosk. They do not seem to have good communication between the kiosk and the ones filling the orders. We have had to ask for things that were missing more than I once. We ordered the fancy Shirley Temple and it was missing most of the candies. The atmosphere is good. Not to crowded.

We had an amazing experience at Main Event, thanks in large part to our incredible server, Lawren! From the moment we were seated, Lawren made us feel welcome with a warm smile and fantastic energy. They were attentive without being overbearing, quick to respond to anything we needed, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and activities.

What really stood out was how Lawren managed to be both professional and genuinely fun—perfect for the upbeat atmosphere at Main Event. Whether we had questions about food, needed help setting up for bowling, or just wanted a quick recommendation, Lawren handled everything with ease and enthusiasm.

It’s not every day you get service that actually enhances your entire experience, but Lawren absolutely delivered. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Lawren again!

Lawren was our host & it was about 20 of us. She did a great job hosting us and kept great energy for over 3 hours. Food was good & services was exceptional!

Lawren took care of me and my family. We were celebrating 2 birthdays. She stayed after she was off to make sure we were taken care of. Top notch service!!!! Thank you Lawren!!!!

The place was nice and clean. The drinks and snacks were good. The customer service was very lacking. Everyone was just there collecting a paycheck. No one actively helping customers. Every time I looked everyone was standing around but you had to go above and beyond to get anyone's attention so you could be helped.. Signed up for a day pass with my kids and added an escape room.. They didn't put me down for the escape room. Played pool. The tables are all broken and you have to get someone to get the balls out at the end of each game every time. The lady in the same room with the 3 pool tables needs to be called over each and every time.. Even thou her desk faces the pool tables. She can see you walking towards her to come get her. Every thing we tried to do we had to flag down someone just standing there. Quickly became annoying. I wouldn't suggest going back. There are cheaper places with better service.

Andrew and the manager Sydney are the cause of this bad review. When you pay for drinks. You want to receive the correct amount and when you don't. You simply asking the bartender to correct the mistake infront of the manager shouldn't cause a headache.

I’m leaving a bad review simply because of the bartender Andrew and the manager Sydney. I ordered two single shots of crown one which was visibly lower than the other. I asked if they can be evened out and he just took the other glass and poured into the other glass in front of me and the manager Sydney. He then proceeded to say we should’ve ordered a double if we wanted more. I wasn’t asking for more or a double. Just the same amount in each glass that I was paying for. Very bad service from the start. Mind you we waited over 20mins for ONLY drinks. It was 5pm and not busy at all. I had a good experience everywhere else until I came to the bar.
