It’s the Best on this side of Grand Prairie.

I got 2 pizzas. one was hot and one was cold. No way both where made at the same time. Wait time was long too. Been coming here since they opened. Very disappointed

Normally this place is 5 star but who ever is the manager tonight 11/11/25 at 7 p.m. truly should not be a manager and should be fired. Slow service, people waiting in line are ignored, phones ringing off the hook and not answering. Crazy.

After tonight, much better service and pizza was perfect. Changing back to 5 star! 11/21/25

We order here at least once a week and service for the last 3 weeks have been abysmal! I order online and there's always a reason that my food isn't ready or hasn't even been started yet when I get there! There is one gentleman that's super kind but last 2 times he's been clocking out as we're picking up!

I received the wrong pizza to no fault of my own. When I brought the pizza back up to the counter to let the employees know of the mistake, they took the pizza back and made my family wait 20 minutes for a new one. They should have comped us the one they made for us, but they didn’t. Got my family super frustrated at me for ordering online.

Usually pretty good, but this time I was extremely disappointed. The pizza we ordered looked like all of the toppings, cheese and sauce were dumped in the middle in the hopes that when it baked they would spread. Well guess what; they didn't. The toppings, sauce and cheese started about 1 1/2 to 2 inches from the edge of the pizza. Pepperoni bread was decent, but didn't have much pepperoni on it. Sad - I miss when they were a good pizza place.

This was my first and last time ordering from Marco's Pizza. I had enjoyed their pizza at work events on two occasions, so I decided to order for my family. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was nothing like what I had before. It appeared undercooked, with toppings barely sticking and falling off instead of being properly baked into the cheese. When I raised my concerns, the manager insisted that this was how the pizza was supposed to be made—but based on my previous experiences, I knew that couldn’t be right. For the price I paid, this was a major disappointment.
