How hard is it to get the drink order wrong? They always manage to so just that. The number is always busy. Must be people complaining about wrong orders.

It's January 28 , 2025 when posting this review I love this McDonald's by couple things urst of all tway faster than the ones in Oakcliff by I-30 as well than the one in Irving by I-83. Also cheaper as well by couple cents might not be a big deal to many but to some it is. I never had a issue with the if any maybe waiting time but not big deal cause if there mostly packed all the time but I guaranteed it's 1/4 if waitng time than the other McDonald's mentioned above . I definitely recommend this McDonald's to anyone nearby or decidingg where to go choose GradPrairies McDonald's the one for you .

I ordered the steak sandwich. The meat was so burned and dry. I expected more for a $7.00 sandwich, not including hash brown and drink

We stopped by fairly late, not realizing it was close to closing time. The sweet young lady who took our order, (I believe her name was Faith, or that's what I heard people calling her) was so kind, not like at most places where they have an attitude if anyone orders anything close to closing time. She took the time to explain the coffee drinks they did and didn't have, and our order (fries) was fresh and hot. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around. It's nice to go somewhere and have such a great experience with the person behind the counter. ;^)
This place “forgets the cheese” and other items so frequently it’s hard to believe it’s not intentional. They never give condiments you ask for, and literally every order is missing SOMETHING. The workers don’t speak English well so if your kids order, and then YOU repeat it after them and they get it wrong they’ll still try to charge you 1$ to add lettuce to the burger you ordered it on although they constantly steal from customers. Pathetic thieves running this place. Save your money.

Mananger need to go back to take there class because everytime I walk up in there. They always have a ugly attitude and worst service. !!! I ask for fresh cookies & they told me they don’t make fresh cookies what kinds McDonald don’t I work for McDonald for years. & I always made them fresh when customers wanted. But this McDonald have lazy people .
