The worst experience I ever had at any restaurant. One of the ladies was very extremely rude to me told the gentleman take his order and then when I asked when water always shorted me when I add add bacon into it, they either was short meal, bacon or the food would be cold. The manager was nice. I don’t know his name, but I wish him well. I have I don’t wanna come back to this McDonald’s ever again I think it’s the worst location. The worst restaurant I’ve ever been and it makes me feel like that. McDonald’s is not the place to go to now I’m eating at sonic

The management needs serious improvement when it comes to dealing with people. The order takers also need better training on how to take orders correctly. There’s no reason for a manager to get worked up over a simple order their job is to de-escalate situations and take care of the customer. Overall, I would recommend visiting another McDonalds. This location needs to get it together.

I tried to upgrade my meal deal drink to a large, knowing that it can be done because I done it before. The employee told me no and the manager also told me I couldn’t even tho I have done it multiple times. I finally got my food though the driver though and my food was cold

Ordered no cheese on the burgers (2). I asked them to confirm and they confirmed. Ordered Big Mac sauce, got the sauce plus the mustard and Katchup which I also requested I did not want . They can never get any of my order correct on several visits to this location. I will not go back. They need to do a better job. Disappointed on preparation of food. Sucks when you get home and it's all wrong. Also the cost is to much for what you get.

I had one of the worst experiences ever while trying to pick up a DoorDash order here. I pulled up to the drive-thru and the lady literally asked, “What would you like to order?” so I started to explain I was here for a pickup and then she just went completely silent. No response, nothing. When I drove up to the window, she immediately started repeating “We’re closed, we’re closed” in the rudest, most disrespectful tone possible not once or twice, but at least ten times, cutting me off every single time I tried to speak. Even when I clearly said I was there for a DoorDash pickup, she dismissed me again with the same attitude: “We’re closed.” There was absolutely no professionalism, no courtesy, and no reason for her to talk to anyone like that. It was upsetting, uncalled for, and completely disrespectful. If this is how they treat delivery drivers just trying to do their job, I honestly don’t know how they treat regular customers. Terrible experience and definitely a place I won’t be coming back to.

IF Y'ALL KNEW THE STORE WAS GOING TO BE CLOSING AT 10PM TONIGHT WHY WOULD YOU STILL TAKE ORDERS. So I've been preventlent and coming off terms whether should I buy or not buy McDonald's. Well the day I choose to use my 1,500 points that I've worked hard to earn. The store that I personally choose was closed due to maintenance I guess. Now I'm not sure whether this was intervine intervention like God telling me not to eat this stuff because I already knew it's bad for your health. But it surely makes me wonder... And, especially when they make it so easily to lose your hard earned rewards. And try to make you waist your hard earned dollar bills.

I don’t typically write bad reviews — or any reviews at all — but this experience really frustrated me. I accidentally selected drive-thru pickup instead of inside pickup for my mobile order, which was just one apple pie. When I went inside and explained what happened, the manager Alma didn’t care at all and just told me I had to go through the drive-thru. She shrugged her shoulders like it wasn’t her problem and refused to help. It would’ve taken two seconds to hand me my order. Terrible customer service and zero effort to help customers
