Um, I was really debating on leaving a review because I understand how working at McDonald’s is and they usually hire kids. But I got the Angel Reese double QP and I specifically told them how I wanted my sandwich. I did notice they had a hard time hearing me on the intercom but when I read the screen everything I said was on there. Still received the sandwich how I didn’t want it. They only got one thing right matter of fact. So I am confused. I also got nuggets and didn’t get any sauce. This wasn’t that big of a deal but I realize every time I come to this McDonald’s it’s a problem and I’m really disappointed. A mistake or two is fine but 5 is insane. Pls fix whatever is going on up there. Wouldn’t recommend going to this one at all til they get it together.

My wife and I went through the drive through close to 11pm and ordered drinks and fries. To our amazement, the order total was $14. We waited in line for our food and assumed the fries would be hot, only to discover the fries were cold. So we told the cashier that they were cold and wanted hot ones. She then asked, so you want fresh ones? Of course we do. Why would anyone accept cold fries? I hadn't been to a McDonald's in a while. Now I'm definitely not going back.

Food was ice cold. I ordered a #1 with 2 cookies. Burger was cold, fries were ice cold & stale (it’s like they weren’t even under a warmer) Original drink I order was out so I had to get another. The cookies were cold & hard. I waited 4 minutes for someone to even come to the window & greet me, just to wait 2 more mins with a bag full of cold food. When they brought the fries back it taste like they through the same fries in hot grease & handed it to me cause they were hot and hard. Awful experience

I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru only to be told their ice cream machine was broken and they couldn’t cancel my order. To make matters worse they confirmed that I got my order so I couldn’t cancel it in the McDonald’s app. The manager on duty had a horrendous attitude and is a thief. I would not recommend this location at all.

It was my first time going to this location and the truth is that it had never happened to me but more than anything this comment is for the management when observing the type of unacceptable service from the person who takes the order. It was just early and he had a bad character. Well, I I think it is not the first bad comment they have received so I would appreciate the management who will observe since it is not a large scale company and its reputation is at stake thank you
