I really do try to assume things will get better at this location but they never do. consistently i have received the wrong items and had to go back to get the proper item, the food usually comes out cold, fries come out with little to no salt. They will offer to upgrade your order for an additional cost, then give you the wrong size at the window. Tonight, in particular, I received the wrong size drink after paying for a large. When I told the staff member at the window, she decided to argue with me rather than just remake the drink. I wasn't going to review on this issue alone, but when going through my food once i was home, they had completely left out a pie, and given me none of the sauces i had asked for. The staff here does not care about taking care of their customers. They do not care to make sure they are handing out the right thing, and are charging people for items they aren't giving them. After 3 years of frequently visiting here(and being disappointed), I can confidently say this is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I suggest either management at this location get the situation under control, unless losing more customers is the genuine goal.

This McDonald’s is the worst one in Grand Prairie and it’s only getting worse. I am not sure how that is possible since it was already trash. No matter the time of day you go, you will deal with unprofessional, incompetent and rude staff. Every order is wrong, when you complain the staff doesn’t care but especially tonight from the manager Adriana. She went to the extent of flipping us off. McDonald’s is going down hill Thanks to how little time they put into hiring people that know how to do their job.

Horrible service & major waste of time!!! Unprofessional and very unproductive undertrained Staff! The “on duty manager” at midnight last night named Adriana Needs to be trained. I have it on recording that she Stated several times, she didn’t know how to help me even after me asking to resubmit an order and pay for it again. She still didn’t know how to do her job. I even explained to her in Spanish, which only seem to make her even more unprofessional with me. I simply was a customer trying to purchase food and she couldn’t find it or resolve the problem. I wonder what it is a manager does for her pay?????

He got mad at my kid with autism for no reason and found pickles in my wife's food after I told them my wife is allergic to pickles and onions and both are on the burger and hated me my wife and 3 kids and 238.567

Ordered on app and waited curbside for food
Waited 10 mins cause app kept saying food coming out then disappeared as if I already received food.
I went inside to pickup area and no. One assisted so waited in line to talk to cashier
Cashier started looking for the order than after a bit started packing other bags and left me standing while another cashier started taking orders. I just walked out cause didn’t want to deal with it anymore.
It’s happened before to where I had to go in and get my order from curbside but this time never got it and just walked out from frustration.

TERRIBLE Service By Alma (not sure if she's a manager but the worst customer service. I don't eat McDonald's but I pick up orders on the weekends and just happen to work in that area. VERY UNORGANIZED & Very Rude. Just refusing people orders just because she have the authority. The 1 star is for the old man outside trying to direct traffic.

I call the store because my order was incorrect, I’m explain about can’t come back tomorrow at morning, but I can show my receipt and fixed 4 or 5 pm I know my order was breakfast, but give me options or fixed my pay, the manager was so rude and don’t listen my opinion, I’m explain I want my money back the missing item and she say come back with the food and receipt, seriously I say don’t have my food completely, how bring to back when I don’t have???? It’s not making sense my orden was for drive true

I had previously visited this location with a 5 star review today, and they get 1 star. I came in today, I ordered in the kiosk, no cashier, food to about 12-15 minutes it was half wrong, I try buying an extra happy meal toy and was told No by the manager Noemi because they are collectibles... so you can't buy a toy for your kid unless you buy a happy meal.

Wanted to surprise the kids with a pre holiday treat. Picked up theirs favorite breakfast items. And threw in the limited s'more mcflurry. I was almost as excited as the kids since the machine was actually working. Kids left nothing of their big breakfast and were ready to tear into their treats. It's a shame they lost their smiles after eating the s'more top of the mcflurry. They hadn't been mixed properly, I should have seen it coming since they didn't give us the usual spoons. I'm probably going to make it myself at home so it will come out right.

It was awful nothing I ordered was right it seems these fast food restaurants just doesn't care anymore prices higher food and service worse my daughter 25th I already was sick so I couldn't do what I wanted and all she wanted was McDonald's and y'all messed the complete simple order up get it together
