Missing a whole bacon mcdouble, missing extra fries in two kids meals, received the wrong drink, medium fries were only half full. It is NOT that hard to fill a fast food order. Ridiculous excuse for a business.

The least you can do is make the grease isnt old and make sure the food is fresh. You all did neither. Loaoded tarter sauce on an old piece of fish.

This is the second time I ordered from this location & they did not get my order correct...I ordered a double quarter pounder meal today & asked for no salt on my burger or fries following my doctor's orders & they still put salt on my burger & fries..I've been calling for 2 hours to speak to a manager & the phone has been busy. I'm very disappointed in the level of customer service at this location.

Every time I go at night they take forever and they always mess the order up by the time you get your food your already mad. I went last night and ordered two cheese burgers they wasn't made correctly I said not pickles and still received. I ordered a quarter pounder and there was no cheese and thw meat was old and dry.. I also told the lady 3 times I wanted a large fry and she continued to act like she didn't hear me mind you it's the manager. As I was also waiting for my food I saw them give my food to the lady I front of us then the lady gave it back and they still gavw to us. So at that point we was already disappointed I tried to call and the phone is disconnected this McDonald's is ran horribly..

I would give them half star there crew always talking and not paying attention to the customer, lobby sometimes has flies, tables not clean, food not that good and the burger meat is old and dry and the burger bread sometimes is hard
