Came here and dined in. I had a sweet tea lemonade drink. Asked for a refill and the manager said she cannot refill lemonade, but can give me sweet tea. HUH? I PAID for a sweet tea lemonade mix with my meal. Why can’t I get a refill of lemonade? When did that even become a rule? May as well not even sell it at this location. Every location does a refill.
I ordered a Grinch meal, the girl at the drive thru asked which one and I told her. When they gave me the food, it was just the meal and not the Grinch meal. The woman at the window stated they ran out. But yet they did not provide the information that they had ran out when I ordered or I would have never purchased it. To add to it I told the woman I wanted buffalo sauce and ranch, when I got to my office there was only ranch. Very disappointed

Ok so now this the second time yall got my order wrong. I ordered my chicken sandwich with extra mayo and cheese...when I get all the way home its pickle and mustard on it...yuck!!!! So now when I order i will sit in the drive thru and check my food before I even pull off. And stop being stingy with the ketchup packets.

They gave my order out wrong for Uber eats and then refused to fill it, so I came up there and they said I could pay again if I wanted my food. Literally just refused to do it because they didn’t wanna make it again. What a joke.

Question for McDonald's Corp.
Does the ketchup and napkins come out of the employees paychecks?
I rarely eat here, but when I do they always put 1 napkin n the bag and no ketchup after asking before they send me to park in the special lane?

Ordered a burger via uber eats from here and I requested only two beef patties instead of 3 because on the uber app they don’t offer the double as a meal. So I improvised, I received my burger and how is it that there is no meat on the burger whatsoever?!!! I received a bun with cheese. Idk why it’s so hard to read orders. I’m requesting a refund this is ridiculous.
I hate coming here at night . It’s always something! Either my order is wrong or I’m getting fries that are STALE AND TASTE OLD . For someone that is pregnant it literally bothers me when I want to just come here to get good food and it disappoints. And also the girl at the second window was slow and gave negative energy towards my service . Please fill the drinks up ALL the way ! I should not get a drink and my cup is not even filled up all the way.

I usually have good overall experience here. But the black coffee I had here the past two days tasted like hazelnut flavored. Are local managers/employees allowed to switch from the standard flavor? I don’t like to be served a coffee flavor that I didn’t order.

It's a fast food place, was good and app is easy to order. Breakfast was great, quick and good. Would definitely come again the place was clean inside, restroom was clean.

Cancelling orders, missing items, wrong items. Waited 20 minutes for my food at THE DRIVE THRU they asked pulled me up to the lil spot and told me itd be out quick. 3 waves, not cars WAVES, of customers place orders, pay, and receive their food WHILE IM STILL WAITING the worst part? I PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE PRIOR TO getting to the speaker box…. Did i mention this wasnt even the first time? Or even the second time… i try reaching out to customer support but OF COURSE they are nonexistent, there is nothing good about this place. The least i can do is warn others before they waste their TIME and especially their money! 100% worth to try another fast food or at least another store

Terrible experience at this McDonald's. I walked to the drive-thru around 11:30 PM because I was staying at a nearby motel and didn’t have a car. It was very cold outside, and I was just trying to get some food. The man at the window refused to take my order and spoke to me very rudely. I understand if there's a policy against serving walk-ups, but he could have at least explained it politely or offered an alternative. Instead, I was left out in the cold, treated with disrespect, and given no help at all. No respect, no effort to help. Terrible customer service.

I had a terrible experience due to the extremely rude staff at this location. Instead of greeting customers or offering help, they acted annoyed and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about my order, I was met with eye-rolling and attitude. Absolutely unacceptable customer service people should not be made to feel like a burden for ordering food.
