Ordered through mobile pick up twice and it has taken at least 15 minutes to get an order after receiving a message saying the order was on the way. The first time here I ordered either a large or medium fry, the fries were half way full as if it would have been maybe a small size. And the second time, the chicken nuggets did not taste that good or fresh. Don’t go to this mc Donald’s. The wait is not worth it.

The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. I ordered thru my app and still waited 20 minutes for a happy meal. Then to top it off .. as I’m standing there waiting patiently.. the workers are looking at me not saying a word while my baby food just sitting on the counter getting cold..

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Parnish!! She is truly an amazing manager! I overheard her coaching a coworker about not serving undercooked fries after someone brought them up too early. Instead of just letting it slide, she had them remake the order and explained why it’s important that customers always get the quality they paid for.
It was really impressive to see a manager who genuinely cares about doing things right and making sure every customer is taken care of. Big thank you to Parnish!

Great experience at McDonald’s! The drive-thru worker was super friendly and made my visit quick and easy. They even added extra sauces without me asking. Excellent service and positive vibes all around—definitely coming back!

One star.. they always get your order wrong especially if your rushing to work! It’s there favorite time to mess up your order.
This has happened to me COUNTLESS times before.. first it was an accident but everytime after that? I mean is it intentional to mess up everyone’s order? So this McDonald’s needs lower rating then the one it has.

Worst service ever I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese plain and dry with a kid meal and received a single instead of the double and y'all need to change out the black girl working drive thru she almost let us go without giving our drinks and she had an attitude when I reminded her about it she also threw the condiments at my mother when I asked her for sum and she rudely slammed the door. Ive been trying to call you guys about it so I can speak to a manager but y'all don't answer.
Their timing is pretty good but there's always teenagers hanging around with your their parents. Im just saying but I guess they deserve a 3 star for quick orders.

10-6-25 Update (3 weeks after my first review):
🚩🚩🚩 Y'all, just KEEP DRIVING...
Decided to give this place another shot since I was in the area.. unfortunately I ran into the exact same issues, lllliterally... I will say however the lady that helped me at the window this morning was very kind and her smile was warming (was wearing a red shirt working second window at 6:00 a.m.) however the food is just horrible..... The coffee didn't even taste fresh and was just not itttt.... I got the chicken biscuit and like I said experience the same issues as before.. my biscuit was very soggy I'm not even toasted, and the meat Patty was worse this time then last time... It was so dry it was hollow inside !! 😩 It's very unfortunate that this location has gotten THIS bad .. an even more unfortunate that the only other location is on the other side of town by Walmart and Kroger's.... SMH 😒 I'll post the video and picture below... I really hope this location turns around soon.. with how expensive everything is these days playing with people's stomachs, time and money isn't cool... My stomach hurts after eating 2 bites and half my coffee an hour after eating it... DONT COME TO THIS ONE. The back to back 1 star reviews are true

💥Uber Eats drivers and customers order with caution...
It's literally always something with this location.. for example this morning when I asked for a receipt he just continued to close the door and take the order that was behind me.. I pulled forward anyway.. I messed up my order at the second window I get all the way home to find out that even my drink was wrong. Ordered a mocha frappe and got a caramel (glad I'm not allergic because they put the chocolate syrup on top but it was obviously a caramel frappe) my chicken sandwich was horrible... It was completely soggy and I swear to God I don't even think they put my biscuit through the toaster !! It was still White there wasn't any Browning for any sign of toasting at all.. if I wanted a Tyson chicken biscuit from Tom thumb's frozen section I would have just gone to them and I would still have more biscuits left for another day... Smfh the Patty had absolute nooo crunchiness or freshness about it at all... The breading on the outside was even coming off the top from how soggy it was.... And my pie was a hockypuck.... After speaking to the lady on the phone regarding the confusion of the windowI was just frustrated with the whole situation and I hung up the phone.. the energy at the window and the energy she gave the phone was exhausting and I just didn't feel like dealing with it and ruining my morning further... this location has messed customers of mine orders as well with missing items and not following instructions on the order slips .. I was even one time when I asked for extra sauce for a customer they ripped the seal sticker on the top of the bag and I begged them not to and all they did was laugh and say why because they'll say it was messed with? I said yes and they proceeded to do so anyway but instead of ripping it they peeled it making it look like it was obviously opened. i wasn't able to close it back up without it peeling upwards again because the paper of the bag was stuck to the sticker ... This could be very frustrating when you're serious about customer service and good quality food handling for trips. the staff in the morning never has any character or spark about them. None of them look like they want to be there and believe me I understand I worked for a McDonald's for 3 years as a shift lead.... Which is another reason why I don't understand were the care for the customers went at this location.. maybe it's just the shift.. I never come here for dinner only breakfast time... I never have any issues with the other location by Kroger's and Burger King... I hope you guys start to do better with the orders an
