This place takes way to long to bring food out. Clearly they are understaffed because I've been here waiting 20 minutes still with no food! 100% do not recommend

Ordered the Happy meal with Zootopia toy in the self ordering Kiosk. When our ordered arrived and my daughter opened her happy meal it was the K pop toy. I went to the front register to ask if the worker could switch the toy we got for Zootopia because my daughter really wanted the Zootopia toy and the man refused and said they have nothing and me assuming there’s nothing I can really do. Another customer over heard me with two kids and they also went to the play ground place. This really nice customer was kind enough to switch it out for us. Mind you we ordered ahead of this customer and they got a Zootopia toy. This will be my last time going to this location and please maybe pay workers a little more so Mcdonalds get better quality workers.

Took them 27 minutes to get our drinks. Guy behind the counter, stated that he thought we left even though my teenage son was standing right by the pick up counter. Food was cold by the time we got to eat it.

Ordered DOUBLE meat NO LETTUCE, NO SAUCE. And told them TWICE SPECIFICALLY do NOT toast the bread and they gave me the complete OPPOSITE of what I ordered. The bread was laden with industrial cooking oil garbage. Just blatant disregard and wilful careLESSness.

The guy Juan on the front counter has horrible service today was the second time he has been disrespectful to me within a week first it was this past Saturday when i brought My daughter for lunch and we ordered at the kiosk i choose to eat at the restaurant and got a table number after 15 mins of not being served i went To the front counter to ask about my food and Juan said what did i have I told Him the items i ordered And that i didnt Get a receipt because the kiosk was jammed he proceeded to hand me a bag that was sitting there for god now’s how long and when i told Him it wasn’t correct and i was Also missing my kids meal he stated just give him what he wants i replied And said i just Want what i paid for and the manager was taking lunch but didn’t correct his rude behavior. Eventually everything was made right but it felt like i had To fight for my order and didn’t feel the ease of getting good service today i stopped By and i normally Go thru the drive thru to get my daily coffee but line was so long i decided to enter the store and get faster service once again i ordered At the kiosk and after paying i approached the front counter i see The order runner service my coffee off the screen and here comes Juan again asking me what i ordered I told Him a coffee and he said i need To be more specific which idk how to be more specific then that but it kind of pushed my buttons and i told Him if yall wasn’t just servicing things off the screen before servicing the customer you would know exactly what i ordered Ive worked for McDonald’s in the past for atleast 8 years as guest service and kitchen manager and i jusy Find his service skills very poor and disappointing and i feel Like I’m not welcomed at my neighborhood McDonald’s and i actually enjoy the other staff

This is the slowest “fast food “ restaurant I have EVER been to. No matter what I order I’m always greeted with pull into a parking spot…I typing this as I’m waiting and the vehicle that was in front of me is still waiting and the car 2 spots behind me in the drive thru parked and got his food before me. 20 minutes for a damn quarter pounder
