I went through the drive through and was given cold/not fresh nuggets and fries. I only drove about 8 minutes away from the store before I ate and my food was already cold like it had been sitting out for 30+

Normally the food is hot or at least warm, this time it was cold the fries were stale and had even gotten har. But the manager didn't make it right and make me a fresh burger and Fries.

It was very pleasant to get the only McDonald's 25 de Diciembre and find a delicious big mag with its combo and a frape coffee with a delicious smutink, only a small error with the order but corrected with your work team, plus they were in high demand, congratulations and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2025.
