McRib is the worst burger I have ever eaten in my entire life. What a disappointment, wasting money on a burger of such poor quality. The fries, for me, are the best on the market, but that burger leaves a lot to be desired. The staff at the store is very pleasant.

I ordered my meal from the kiosk, it did not give me a receipt. I told the manager that I didn’t receive a receipt, and I wanted to verify my order. They never gave me a receipt, messed up my order multiple times and would not give me all of my food. They kept trying to charge me for fires that were apart of my meal.

Im not the one to write reviews but what I just experienced was ridiculous I ordered through the kiosk and the sauces said they were no cost so I got 2 ranch and 2 bbq and when I got my order I asked the lady I was missing 1 ranch and 1 bbq and she told me I had to pay for them but right in front of me she gave the lady free sauces and I asked the gentleman why I have to pay for my sauces and the other people don’t and he just said I don’t know.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious health concern regarding the McDonald's located inside Walmart at 2225 W Interstate 20, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. Recently, I received food from this establishment that was molded, and subsequently, I experienced severe food poisoning.

It took 30 minutes to get 1 coffee and it ended up being cold then i had to wait 20 minutes to get a new warm coffee so in total it took 50 minutes for a coffee recommend another mc Donald also the manager was really rude
The food and customer service is excellent. I recommend this place because they are very friendly and the food was wonderful.

If I could give a negative 0 I would. I just left out of McDonald's(Sunday) 5:22pm 5/26/24 and the short Hispanic lady was so rude!! First of all I wanted to upside my orders and was told I couldn't. I first ordered a #2 but changed my order to a fish combo and she became livid. She was going back and forward with a customer. I told her McDonald's need my money and she said McDonald's don't. The manager came up and placed his hand across her chest as if telling her to be quiet. She continued to talk. My family and friends will never patronize this McDonald's again. I'm calling corporate also.
