The fish sandwich was really, really old, refried for at least 3 times and with an insane stench of rotten tide. The good thing is that they replaced it with a less stinky one. I guess it is my bad eating fish at Macdonald, but this was the first time something like this happened to me.

Very bad service, we visited this place on Sunday, they do not deliver the complete orders, my wife let the manager know and he with a bad attitude replied that he should wait until they were going to give him what was missing from the order and well, people arrived after us and told them They gave their orders, we spent more than 30 minutes and they never gave it. I asked my wife for the receipt to cancel the order. I gave it to the manager and he snatched the receipt from me and reluctantly returned the money. I don't know why they have this kind of staff that doesn't know how to deal. well to the people who come to this Macdonald dela Walmart on 20 in grand prairie tx

Man this Mcds stands out from the rest in the area for sure. The food is always hot, place is always kept really clean and by far the Hispanic manager has some serious customer service skills. I came in as he was setting the gate to close and he still let me in and handled my order personally. Didn't catch his name but ill be back soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No happiness in this meal - Low expectations were met with processed "food" and poor customer experience. I attempted to use the kiosk which wasn't working. The cashier was also not working. The manager who stepped up, I would not characterize as friendly, but at least he was able to place the order.I stopped to try the limited time Pumpkin and Creme Pie which tasted nothing like pumpkin pie. The pumpkin had the consistency of goo, the cream was a thick blob, but the crust which is my least favorite part of a pie was surprisingly light and flaky. The Caramel Frappe was on the sweeter side and not bad. The saving grace were the fries which were actually hot, fresh, and plentiful this time. The double quarter pounder cheeseburger was as fresh as it could be, but found the meat tasted like cellulose and the American cheese to be juvenile when there are just so many better options other than McDonalds and they're close in price. Unfortunately, they've discontinued the Black Angus Beef with other quality cheeses, vegetables, sauces, and buns. Sadly, I've outgrown McDonald's.

I got food poisoning from this location after getting a double bacon quarter pounder
Hispanic manager is super rude. I always get the $1.50 deal for breakfast and choose from the eligible items. She interrupted and was saying “you can’t get that biscuit for that low price, you got to get the basic ones” cashiers even apologized for her, meaning they deal with her attitude to the point they gotta start apologizing for her. Really rude manager for no reason at all.

Saying how she can’t deal with idiot customers like the guy ordering the waters . Referring to him as idiot and wanting everything free .
