First time here! Quiet little mom and Pop shop they’ve been around since 2013. They used to be called the patty shack. I’ve heard about this place but I had never gone. Laura greeted us and took our order. I had the Frito pie burger, It was so good as well as you fried mushrooms! I didn’t get to eat a dessert, but they had ice cream and other amazing desserts. I will have to go back again just to try those. I also loved the nostalgic arcade feel that it had and the restrooms were clean as well! There’s something for everyone! Friendly staff and prompt service! I told Laura it’d be nice if mixed up burgers had a slider sampler platter. I think that would be great. Let’s see if that happens!

If you’re looking for a burger that will absolutely ruin you for all other burgers, Mixed Up Burgers is the place. Honestly, eating here is like discovering fire for the first time, life before it seems primitive and sad. Their burgers don’t just hit the spot; they buy the spot a house, fill the fridge with groceries, and then serenade it with love ballads until it cries happy tears.
Let’s start with the Touchdown Burger Basket. This thing is not a burger. It is a contact sport. Two 1/3 pound beef patties, bacon mixed right into the meat, American cheese in the middle like a gooey peace treaty, and then MORE bacon and grilled jalapeños on top. And because Mixed Up Burgers doesn’t believe in subtlety, it comes with fries that could double as construction materials, they’re that sturdy. Eating this burger feels like winning the Super Bowl, but instead of a trophy, you get cheese dripping down your shirt while your arteries file a noise complaint. Worth it. Every. Time.
Then there’s the Pedro Burger. Oh boy. This one is like if Taco Tuesday and Burger Friday had a baby, and that baby grew up to become mayor of Flavor Town. The patty itself is mixed with bell peppers and red onions, topped with queso, salsa, and slices of avocado thicker than your ex’s excuses. It’s messy in the best possible way. You will need napkins. Plural. Maybe a tarp. But the flavor combination makes you forget you’re covered in queso like a toddler at a birthday party. It’s fresh, spicy, and just the right level of “what diet?”
And finally, the Irish Nacho Burger. Whoever invented this deserves a Nobel Prize in Deliciousness. Bacon and American cheese are blended into the patty itself, because why the heck not? Then it’s stacked with fried potato slices (basically french fry shingles), drowned in more cheese, crowned with sour cream, and sprinkled with chives. Eating it feels like St. Patrick’s Day came early, and instead of green beer, you got a pot of gold that tastes like crispy potato heaven. If you don’t black out in joy halfway through, you’re stronger than me.
Now, let’s talk vibes. The place has that “neighborhood joint” feel where everyone is just happy to be there, probably because they’re full of beef, bacon, and queso. The menu is creative, the portions are aggressive (in a good way), and the prices are shockingly reasonable for food that makes you consider legally marrying it.
In summary: Mixed Up Burgers is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience. It’s the kind of place where you’ll eat until you need to be rolled out like Violet Beauregarde after the blueberry incident. If you love burgers, or food, or just being alive, get yourself here. Five out of five napkins, would absolutely drool again.

We were highly disappointed, esp having spent 76$ on 4 burger meals.
All the burgers lacked flavor and seasoning.
A plain cheeseburger-use shredded lettuce or a full leaf, not chunks of lettuce like you would for a salad. The burger itself was so underwhelming, no onions or mayo spread.
The touchdown-more like a side line fumble. The emphasis on bacon yet it tasted nothing like bacon. No explosive bite of flavor… total flatline
I can’t recall the name of the other burger we tried, but it tasted like they were hoping the pepper And onions did all the work.
Unfortunately we will not be returning.

A few games to play ( gotta pay). The fried steak burger was amazing. The fried mushrooms had a batter that we loved. Also the strawberry lemonade was a hit.

I’ve been looking for a decent burger in Arlington since I moved here a year and some change ago. I came across this place on Apple Maps and I ordered the touchdown burger with smoked Gouda added and tots on the side… when I say yall need to be running to give this place y’all’s money.. not only were the patties huge, they were cooked well and not dry. The tots were seasoned well and the bacon and jalepenos inside of the burger meat was next level. Seriously I will be back again sometime soon and I hope they make as good as they did this time. To the owners, great job! I hope they fix online ordering so I can select tater tots instead of putting it in the description!

I used to come with my mom awhile back and came back expecting really awesome service and food but was sadly disappointed. Came with my dad and he got the Pedro burger, he said he could’ve made a better burger at home. He said it was soggy and no flavor. I got the tender basket, it was so dry, overcooked and looked like they cut up little pieces of a chicken breast. Everything tasted old but the wait was so long! Then told them how I felt, they said next time try something other then the tender basket… they use to be so good idk what happened. Won’t be back again.

Youngest got the shrimp sandwich, hubby and I got the Jethro, son got the chowboy, and daughter got a build your own. Everything was delicious and the waitress was fun. Took a star off because we didn’t realize a tip was automatically added and tipped again. Super annoying.

When I walked in the cashier was not at the register and when she did come she looked at me weird. I ordered catfish, I waited a while and when she called my name to come to the counter and get my food, she just sat it on the counter and walked away.. When I checked my food it was not catfish it’s some other kind of fish.. My fries look horrible like dried out string beans.. I really got ripped off. I want ever come back here..
