Fabian and his family are extremely phenomenal. They catered my wedding and not only was the food amazing, but he and the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive. When people were eating he made a point to visit the tables to make sure everyone was okay. They made sure my husband and I were fed and were incredibly professional. They did such an amazing job that I wish I could do another event just so I could hire them again! I promise you’ll have no regrets going with them. Phenomenal personalities and phenomenal food <3

The presentation of the buffet was gorgeous and the guests were offered seconds once everyone had gotten their plate. Fabian also made sure to pack up all the extra food that was left over. I would def recommend them to everyone!

Take your money and go somewhere else. Their service is absolutely atrocious. It takes days to hear back from them and it takes weeks to get on the schedule to talk to them. Oh, and while they charge you to do a tasting before making a contract, what they don’t tell you is that the charge is non-refundable no matter how much in advance you cancel. It takes weeks to get on the schedule, but they can’t find anyone else to take your spot and they buy your food well in advance. Those are the reasons I was given for why I wasn’t going to receive a refund when I had to cancel my tasting a week before the event. I only found out they weren’t going to give me my money back when I asked why I hadn’t gotten it back. They NEVER once told me I wouldn’t receive my money back. They NEVER put forth that information. When I told them that wasn’t right I was offered to get my money back, and still I haven’t seen it. They are lairs and thieves. They have kept my money and didn’t earned it and they don’t deserve it.
ABSOLUTE PERFECTION AND BEST FLAVOR!!!Monclovas catered my sister's wedding and everyone raved about the food. We did stations for her wedding. The pasta was unbelievably flavorful and cooked to perfection. The carving station was a huge highlight for everyone. The flank steak was one of the best I have ever had and I have a super picky husband who doesn't really ever eat steak and he loved it. You also can't go wrong with the blackened chicken, so tender and moist!!! Wow Fabian, your food was truly the shining star. I would highly recommend him and his crew for any event you may have. I also want to give Fabian a huge shout-out for being the star vendor of the night. The service staff was incredible, the food was delicious and everything from his crew turned out well. I truly didn't have to worry. Trust this man when he tells you that because he does truly mean what he says. He delivers exceptionally on point service. Fabian missed his son's graduation to be at the wedding and despite planning to leave early he stayed to ensure we were pleased and he also went above and beyond his call of duty when our breakdown vendor left us high and dry by helping pack everything into bins and boxes after his already exhausting day.
