Wow--great flavor and portions! Do NOT judge a book by its cover. Our food was seasoned very well, and the light, crispy batter and fresh ingredients and oil are so hard to find. We enjoyed the catfish basket-- which included oysters and shrimp too!-- and the lobster roll's tender, buttery taste. (The roll was served with spinach sauteed in garlic, and the basket came with plenty of dipping choices: dill sauce, cocktail sauce, thousand island sauce, hot sauce, and ketchup.) The space is clean and roomy, and the staff is friendly.

Horrible service! Took 5 minutes to take our party of 3 to a table that was available when we walked in the door. The waitress took our drink order, and then we heard nothing else from the multiple waiters and waitresses who were too busy visiting amongst themselves to serve their customers. Finally our drinks come and we had been ready to order but our waitress tells us that she will be right back, and guess what? NEVER came back to our table... go figure... we finished our drinks, walked to the entrance, paid for the drinks, left, and will NEVER return.
Who knows if the food is any good, but Iāll go to Krazee Krab where at least I know Iāll be served.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but the experience fell short. I ordered calamari that was so overcooked it was basically inedible. I politely sent it back and was told they ācouldnāt do anythingā about it ā no refund, no replacement, nothing.
Mistakes happen, but refusing to correct them and still making customers pay isnāt good business. I left disappointed and wonāt be returning. Hopefully they improve their policy and customer service going forward.

Fried Catfish is excellent . Well seasoned and real catfish. Manager came out to check on us. They let us know they change to oil often which is why it is so fresh. This is my 3rd visit this week. Food always good. Frozen margaritas are good also.
