It took a long time for ordering, receiving drinks, receiving food and anything else requested. There was one waitress. Dood was overpriced. Waiter gave us drinks with no ice, was not friendly.

The staff can be unprofessional at times. Especially when you have been there multiple times. The tempura shrimp were completely missed after placing my order. When the finally arrived, the shrimp were extremely over cooked, or the shrimp were frozen.Overall, I would only come here if the group decided they wanted to eat here. This is not a place I would seek out on my own.

The worst place! Don't even try, they have some servers that don't speak English very well. I never visited places like this before and my husband and I were looking for "The real seafood experience". It was a language barrier, we ask a few questions about the Menu and at the end, we end up paying $180 for 2. No Alcohol just a bowl for 2, I drink water not even a fancy drink, my husband had a Coke or Pepsi. The bag had some 2 pieces of crabs potatoes and corn, wasn't even that good. With this amount of money I'm sure you can go to a really nice restaurant and eat a nice dinner with a better service. We spoke to the manager, and he said he couldn't help. My husband and I leave very disappointed, and we would never visit again

Been here at least twice before, but this particular evening the shrimp was overcooked, the sauce was very gritty, and the corn was hard to bite, and the music was very “young”. Sad thing was, it was a busy night. Spent $100 for may be my last time.

The shrimp was not deviled, they was too large not to be deviled. The crab was cold, the potatoes was hard, the sauce was too thick, very disappointing.

The food was cold with no flavor. The fries were cold and nasty. Then my order was even wrong after he repeated it right. I will never go back. ????????

I personally think the regular butter and garlic is better than the sloppy sauce. I think the sloppy sauce is a hype and honestly too sloppy. But still good food either way!

They're going downhill lately. I got shrimp tacos and they used chemical-tasting baby/popcorn shrimp. It was so bad. Also, they crab legs I got were reheated, as evidenced by the fact that they were lightweight and the meat was shrunken, dry, and overly fishy in taste. I've been coming here for about 2 years. I wouldn't recommend it based on the recent subpar food quality. The only good thing was the sauce, although it tasted old and reheated as well this last time. Sad.
