For two guys in a small taco truck on the side of a hookah lounge, they are cooking with magic! An absolute lowkey gem of a taco truck in north Texas ! Will be going here for now on when I crave tacos!

All the right notes from home! I loved the street mini tacos - I got both bistec + pastor and fell in love with the flavors.
The tortillas contain a balanced serving of onion, cilantro, (queso fresco style) cheese, ripe avocado, and goes perfectly with the green salsa.
Having the Joya Soda upfront and displayed alongside the "normal" soda is what gives it an extra reminder of being in Brownsville.
Be prepared to eat in your car in the parking lot or take it home - they prep it in a lovely and clean way. They're the only place that's given me enough napkins for my tacos.
I'll make another 30 min drive to come back.

As someone from Brownsville having lived in Dallas for a few years, I was really missing the flavors of home. Nowhere else really tasted like home no matter how Mexican it was. This hot the correct spot in every sense. The friendliness, the options, the prices, and most importantly THE FLAVOR! It was the best damn food I’ve had in North Texas in a MINUTE. The tostaditas especially reminded me of Sunrise Mall after school eating these. The tacos also just blew me away. I’m definitely making this a regular spot.
Delicious mini tacos. Perfectly balanced and the grilled onions put it over the top. Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely love this place!! First tried the original one in Austin, Tx. Little did I know it’s the same owners from the one down south! I can’t explain to yall how good these tacos are!! The quesotacos didn’t get to see the camera by the time we were done with them ? that’s how good they were and also the frijoles preparados were ?‼️ We tried a little of everything again and was absolutely satisfied ???Yall please go try this place out!! Thanks again guys and thanks for giving Dallas a chance out here!
